The subject of an FCA Criminal enquiry into alleged misuse of client funds, owing millions in unpaid taxes to the HMRC and IRS and now facing jail for contempt of court over yet another unpaid legal bill, Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer MBE has given her thoughts on the great issue of our time: the need to get more folks like her on boards. With no comment from me she opines:

Here in the little mountain village of Kambos, the closest settlement to the Greek Hovel, we shake hands, few wear masks, there is no social distancing and all the other pointless measures our leaders ignore themselves but insist we sheeple follow are largely ignored. But as you head into towns there is a more deferential approach to the diktats from those who know better. Hence, I borrowed a mask from the Mrs as we headed into Kardamili to post three cards and a letter.

Lost money with Julie in Britain at Ariadne Capital? Lost money with her at Ariadne in Malta? Well how about you go for a hat-trick as Ms Lingerie on expenses MBE has a new Greek wheeze but do not tell Barclays, the IRS or the HMRC. Ooops I already have!

Ariadne Capital, the flagship vehicle of Julie Meyer may now be in administration but with the Insolvency Service and the FCA (as well as the IRS, HMRC and others) formally investigating Ms Lingerie on Expenses, whistleblowers should surely be cherished and protected? Er…

Mayan Energy (MYN) has today raised £750,000 at 0.12p in its latest bailout placing but it comes with an admission that it has forgotten to file returns to the US taxman, the IRS, for an unspecified period and thus who knows how much of that cash will be swallowed up in unpaid tax bills. As such we have no idea how fast the clock is ticking on the next bailout placing. The City’s top oil analyst, Zac Phillips of SP Angel is scathing. He writes:

It is nothing to do with sticking lingerie on expenses while staff and creditors go unpaid, with the criminal charges in Malta, with the millions of pounds of other folks money she has blown, with the MSFA, FCA, SFO, HMRC, IRS and ActionFraud investigations, with the unsettled CCJs, the only reason anyone ever says anything bad about Julie Meyer is because they are men, she is a woman and thus a victim. Whatever...

Can Julie "Lingerie on Expenses" Meyer MBE sink any lower? Pursued by the Maltese Police on criminal charges, under FCA and SFO investigation, owing vast sums to the IRS, HMRC and numerous other creditors can she sink lower ? er yes as we show below.

Whatever you say darling. But the register of CCJ's suggests something very different. Julie Meyer MBE is now on a hat-trick. Of course she also owes the HMRC, IRS, Barclays Bank and others vast amounts of cash but now it seems that another person, owed, £10,585 has been forced to seek a County Court Judgement against her as you can see below.

When you are wanted by the rozzers in Malta on criminal charges,, being pursued by a range of banks and others over unpaid debts, being investigated by the FCA, MFSA, SFO, Action Fraud, IRS, HMRC and others, does theft of property from an administrator really matter? Well, clearly not for Julie “lingerie on expenses” Meyer MBE.

Wanted by the police in Malta on criminal charges, under investigation by the HMRC, FCA, MSFA, SFO, IRS and the UK Police you would have thought Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer MBE would stop telling blatant lies in order to somehow part folks from their wealth. But now, another piece of GDPR non compliant spam arrives twice in my inbox this weekend and, as you can see below it is utterly lie packed.

In his time as General Counsel to the Ariadne Group run by Julie “Lingerie on Expenses” Meyer , Mr Peter Bradley had occasion to send me three lawyers letters on behalf of his boss who is now being investigated by the FCA, the MFSA, the SFO, Action Fraud, the IRS, HMRC and is wanted on criminal charges by the Maltese Police. I had thought that Bradley had parted company with the charlatan, liar and fraudster Meyer in April but the Ariadne website, as you can see below, suggests otherwise.

I am only asking because a new document has arrived at Winnileaks showing the bank balances of Ariadne Capital Partners in the Cayman Islands. Who owns this? Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer - as with some Ariadne companies or Julie + mug punters as with others? Has cash or assets been transferred offshore since early 2017 since the rest of Meyer's empire started to implode? I am only asking but am sure that those to whom Meyer owes money and has pleaded poverty such as the IRS, HMRC, three banks and numerous creditors would like to know.

As we know Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer reckons she is "freaking cleverer than God" and proves this almost daily by sending out wholly non GDPR spam which is so complex that folks like me just don't understand a word of it. Taking time off from evading the Maltese Police, who seek her on criminal charges, and the IRS and HMRC to whom she owes money and has lied to, as well as numerous banks and other creditors, Meyer has sent another missive. Can anyone explain any of the gibberish below:

Some of those owed c£3 million by Ariadne Capital Limited (in administration) were luckier than others in that - as we have revealed thanks to Winnileaks - they were offered a personal Guarantee by Ariadne's sole director, the devout Christian, Ms Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer. But given that, when lying to the IRS Meyer claimed to be down to her last £500 and to have no income, I wonder what those guarantees are worth? Perhaps ex Ariadne employee Stuart Poyser can tell us for Winnileaks has thrown up another fascinating document (below).

Oh dear, oh dear. She owes money to the IRS, HMRC and two banks, she has made a personal guarantee to a third bank for £173,000 and the rent on her apartment has not been paid for months, could the financial woes of Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer get any worse? Er...yes. Here are details below from the public register of County Court Judgements, CCJs, for unpaid bills. Who I wonder will be the first creditor to send in balliffs or to seek a bankruptcy order against the devout Christian.

With Julie Meyer telling the US taxman, the IRS, that she has just £500 in cash and owing money to three banks, the IRS and HMRC, you might think that her personal situation could not get any worse. Well perhaps it could. I refer you to the administrators preliminary report into the demise of Ariadne Capital Limited below.

As each day goes by we discover yet another institution to whom Julie Meyer MBE owes money. Already we have identified the IRS,HMRC and two banks. Thanks to Winnileaks here, below, is a third, HSBC. One wonder if any of her creditors know about all the others and if that is going to make one especially jumpy and demand immediate repayment rather than accepting a payment plan? that could be awkward. Meanwhile are her various creditors happy that she has retained uber expensive lawyer Julian Pike of Farrar & Co to act for her in a personal as well as a corporate capacity?

Oh dear. Two grovelling letters from tax evading Julie Meyer have come to me via Winnileaks. It seems that her US assets ( 2 flats) are now under lien to the taxman (the IRS) as Julie forgot to pay any Capital Gains Tax on the sale of First Tuesday in 2000. She is now begging for a payment plan.
1251 days ago
As we saw earlier Julie Meyer MBE appears to have forgotten to pay any tax on the Capital Gain she enjoyed when selling First Tuesday 18 years ago. Sadly for her the US tax authorities at the IRS have caught up with the devoutly christian tax avoider but are not demanding all their cash at once because it appears that poor Julie really is flat broke. Thanks to Winnileaks I bring you a filing Julie made to the IRS.

As we saw earlier, Julie Meyer has told the US taxman, the IRS, to who she owes vast sums, that her only source of income is - illegal - director loans from Ariadne in Malta. Unfortunately that is a lie. Because, thanks to Winnileaks, you can see below a letter from a Swiss company Vestergaard where Julie is a director detailing her pay in 2017. Check its website and you'll see she is still a director. Ooops, I bet Julie hopes the IRS don't find out about that. Sadly for the devout Christian...

Oh dear, oh dear, another day and another set of documents arrives at Winnileaks. Yesterday we showed how devout Christian Julie "more lingerie on expenses" Meyer MBE was in deep merde with the US taxman, the IRS and had also committed a criminal offence in lying to the IRS by not declaring a source of income. Today we expose Ms Meyer's equally worrying problems with the British taxman. She may have a letter from the Queen and an MBE but she has been depriving Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs of money that is rightfully its. Naughty, naughty.

Julie Meyer MBE has always conveyed the impression of being stinking rich. Those expensive dresses ( charged to expenses), the uber expensive haircuts and lingerie (both charged to expenses) and her luxury London flat (where her employer also paid the rent) it was all part of a carefully manicured image. But as the IRS and HMRC pursue her for vast amounts of unpaid tax she is pleading poverty. Don't laugh - might Julie be telling the truth. Okay we don't know where the cash from her undeclared ( to the IRS) Swiss gig goes but she has told the IRS that she has only £500 in her bank account. There are however more accounts as Winnileaks helps me reveal below...

The British Government is threatening journalists with jail if they report on how the British Government helped the US Government to spy on you and me – innocent British citizens. Oh, and it has also threatened journalists with jail if they report on the fact that they are being threatened with jail. 1984 in Airstrip One – this is surreal. And terrifying.
The background is that it emerged last week that the US PRISM programme where US intelligence services snooped (illegally) on millions of emails, Facebook postings, etc. of ordinary US citizens actually operated in the UK too thanks to the folk at GCHQ.
President Obama thinks it is okay to snoop on anyone in the interests of National Security. But under this administration other Government agencies have been used for expressly political purposes. The IRS (the US taxman) has been shown to have explicitly targeted and abused those folk who contributed to Republican and Right Wing groups. Do I trust a State agency to always act fairly? Never. Do I trust one under Obama’s stewardship? Never, never, never.
What is chilling is that the same sort of abuse is going on in the UK. And the Government is doing its utmost to stop you finding out about it. While GCHQ is set to report to MPs as soon as next week on what it did do I trust a criminal to report on himself? So far it has been the much maligned press making all the running.
And that brings me to June 7th when the British Defence Ministry press advisory committee, reacting to a flurry of revelations in the American press about massive warrantless US government electronic surveillance programs, warned UK organizations Friday not to publish British national security information.
Defiance of the June 7th “DA-Notice” could make British journalists vulnerable to prosecution under the Official Secrets Act. And it gets better – that DA notice was itself marked confidential and so revealing its existence is a breach of the Official Secrets Act.
The DA-Notice accepted that the U.S. National Security Agency was indeed working with spooks in the UK but said that our spooks are worried about revelations of their involvement. Too frigging right. They should be worried. This is a scandal and another sprint down the road to 1984 here in Airstrip One.
The DA Notice states:
"There have been a number of articles recently in connection with some of the ways in which the UK Intelligence Services obtain information from foreign sources," said the notice issued by the Defence Advisory Committee, a joint body with media organizations.
"Although none of these recent articles has contravened any of the guidelines contained within the Defence Advisory Notice System, the intelligence services are concerned that further developments of this same theme may begin to jeopardize both national security and possibly UK personnel," it said.
The notice is marked "Private and Confidential: Not for publication, broadcast or use on social media."
Well this blog is anti-social media. If the spooks want to arrest me I have just sent an email to myself marked Barack Obama is a c*** which has details of where I shall be this weekend.; No doubt they can hack into gmail and find out where to get me.

I am biased. I want the Republicans to pick Ron Paul as their Presidential nominee and for him to thrash Obama, who I despise, in November. Paul will stop all the wars, bring US troops back home, slash Government spending and repeal fascist measures like the Patriot Act. So I would love the current presumed Republican nominee Mitt Romney to come a cropper before he is formerly selected at the GOP convention in Tampa as – in policy terms – I see him as pretty much 100% aligned with Obama.
But the British reaction to his London “gaffes” makes me embarrassed to be British and not embarrassed for Mitt but rather sympathetic. However, there is another matter though where I think (and hope) he does come unstuck – his personal tax position. That is now looking serious enough to potentially derail his Presidential ambitions altogether. That is the real Romney story of the last 2 weeks
Before he arrived in London, Romney said that he wondered if the City was ready for the Games, what with the Border Security threatening to go on strike and G4S not appearing to have security under control. As it happens those are very legitimate points which the UK press had themselves had a field day with. But when Romney makes the same points it is a gaffe, twitter trends with #Romneyshambles and Fleet Street goes on the attack. It is said it is not “Diplomatic.” Maybe but it is fair comment. Is it that outrageous for a politician to tell the truth?
