Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - 19 miles in the mud and dog pooh

I start with a recount of what is my longest training walk yet as I build up to the 33 mile Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks stroll on May 25. As you think of me wading through mud and dog pooh, gosh I loathe selfish dog owners, please make a donation to this great cause HERE. Then I look at Interserve (IRV) and dumb bleaters and at Metals Exploration (MTL), Tim Blackstone's fave hound, and why its latest bombshell surely calls for a change in the AIM casino rules when it comes to Nomad Resignations.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - this is the next mega financial scandal & the FCA has been asleep at the wheel

In today's bearcast I look at the woes of Lucian Miers, at Yourgene (YGEN), Interserve (IRV), Greatland Gold (GGP) - do the maths its placing ahoy! - WH Ireland (WHI) and FinnCrap (FCAP). Then I explain what will be the major financial scandal of 2019 hitting well over a hundred thousand folks where the FCA is only belatedly waking up to the problem, a problem it helped to create.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: It is not just Stormy Daniels that Donald Trump has screwed - step forward ex Tory MP Tony Baldry and Westminster Group

I start with the latest developments on Julie Meyer and hint at what is coming next from myself and also from John Galt. Julie you ain't seen nothing yet. Praise be the Lord.  Then it is onto Westminster Group (WSG) and someone almost as loathsome as Meyer, that is to say ex Tory MP fat Tony Baldry. Then I look at Eden Reseearch (EDEN) which fat Tone knows well, Pantheon Resources (PANR), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), the tossers at the FT, Jubilee Metals (JLP) and other Beuafort Securities victims and Interserve (IRV) and the tools at the FCA.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Sir Bradley Wiggins and British Cycling you are right up there with UKOG

I have long been critical of Sir Bradley Wiggins and his fellow British cyclists whether in the Tour de Drugs or elsewhere and comment on what today's report says about our double standards and lack of standards. I comment on your comments on the airlines in the wake of my nightmare with EasyJet (EZJ). I look at Interserve (IRV), Feedback (FDBK), King of the spiv tweets UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Metminco (MNC), Union Jack Oil & Gas (UJO), Fusion Antibody (FAB) and Andalas (ADL) which MUST make a statement ASAP after yesterday's shock revelation HERE.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Easyjet you DO owe me a duty of care, you are lying bastards and your team at Gatwick should be shot at dawn

I start with one reason I am thinking of quitting running businesses: folks who say that they will do something and then don't do it, letting you down. I have had two this weekend and it is just poor behaviour, very tiring and something that bores me. Then it is onto discussing a crap headline article in the Sunday Telegraph on Interserve (IURV) and another on Carillion (CLLN) before my main subject - my 22 hour trip home from Greece. EazyJet you are bastards and this is why I loathe, despite and pity you for being lying scumbags.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 8+1 may not be worth 9 at Bushveld

In a wide ranging bearcast I ask whether the demerger of Afratin by Bushveld (BMN) will necessarily create value for shareholders. Then it is onto the rfead acrosses from Pendragon's (PDG) statement, not least for BCA Marketplace (BCA). Then I look at the scandsalous cash-piss by the evil fake news poll tax funded BBC on Interserve (IRV) and what it means for Interserve. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) and how soon it is a zero, UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Andalas (ADL) and then onto SalvaRx (SALV) where, the fugitive from justice in South Korea, old Jim Mellon has pumped in more cash but where a real crash crunch clearly looms.  Finally a few words on TrakM8 (TRAK)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: The Horse Hill Maths that just don't stack up for UKOG and that $15 million placing by Cornhill "outed"

On the agenda today as I prepare for my weekly coffee morning with my baby son Joshua and the fit young mums is: Andalas (ADL) a joke broker note, MySquar (MYSQ) another RNS which is all smoke and mirrors and a desperate attempt to prop up the shares but SP Angel refuses to force the company to come clean on the lies in the last RNS and the fraud. Pathetic. I look at Interserve (IRV) and its latest dire news. We did warn you. I "out" the company that was truing to raise $15 million via Cornhill yesterday. I look at former ZAI clients whose days on AIM are numbered and finally I read across from yesterday's Horse Hill trade involving Regency (RGM) and Alba (ALBA) to show just how monstrously overvalued is, out of cash and desperate to place,  UK Oil & Gas (UKOG)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - joke valuations at Sound Energy and MySQUAR

If you are listening to bearcast today you must have subscribed to Shareprophets so I thank you. I start with management who are cleary wronguns at Real Good Foods (RGD) which is a disgrace and at Papillion (PPHP) which is far worse - hat tip Cynical Bear HERE. I look at Interserve (IRV). Its shares are slumping on a profits alert but the real horrors are the lies in the August 9 results statement. Still valued at £124 million this could halve again look at debt! Then it is onto MySquar (MYSQ) a good bet for a zero, and finally a trio of oilies, Range Resources (RRL) - its au revoir not goodbye - Pantheon (PANR) dreary and overvalued by a reasonable amount and Sound Energy (SOU) where the valuation is a 100% rum and coke.
