The Lemmings take on Optibiotix AGM

Shockingly, Optibiotix (OPTI) has still to release the votes from its AGM but, as I suspected, resolution 5 failed to get passed. It is almost as if the board views shareholders with contempt. More on that later and on the next steps. I hope you enjoyed my own first take on what happened, I have had more thoughts on that since. But here is the take from Lemming Junior. Surely this is price sensitive: do not rules apply at all to Stuart Ashman and Skinbiotherapeutics?

I am not blaming my pal the Lemming before the sensitive little fellow complains. He has done nothing wrong and indeed everything right in reporting what the bearded and grossly overpaid Geordie poltroon Stuart Ashman at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) has said to him. But surely Ashman is breaking AIM Rule 10.

Steve O’Hara and smearing his critics at Optibiotix

There is a very unpleasant pattern appearing here which shows Steve O’Hara, the boss of Optibiotix (OPTI), where I remain a loyal shareholder, in a very poor light. This was flagged up by Lemming Investor at the weekend. Lemming and I have both supported Optibiotix and O’Hara in the past but no more.

Lemming junior appears not to like me very much so it will pain him greatly that I think his latest article on Optibiotix (OPTI) is bang on the money except in suggesting that I have made “numerous” calls to Lemming senior. The company serves up great news today and its shares don’t move. Surely even Steve O’Hara realizes the reasons why now?

With Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) it seems that what its CEO has for supper is covered by some sort of NDA so who knows what it can or will say. Perhaps he could just comment on whether it is involved in a major launch with Boots, via the obsessive Lemming if not via RNS. A number of folks have sent me messages regarding a 9th April major relaunch of the Boots No 7 skincare product “The UK’s No 1 Skincare brand.”
