Lift Global Ventures: surely Zak Mir must resign now?

As a proud Scot and follower of his national Rugby team, Zak Mir must be used to humiliating defeats. But yesterday’s AGM and GM votes released late in the day by Lift Global Ventures (LFT) were a real thrashing. The hapless Mir had done his sums and thought it would be close. I guess that is why he is a chartist and not a fundamental analyst.

In his own words: The Oscar Wilde of 2026 on Lift Global Ventures

I have long suggested that Zak Mir’s parents demand their money back from Harrow for surely, as one considers their son’s prose, those paying the exorbitant fees were robbed. I back Mir in his battle to try and sack Dave Richards MBE of Wandisco infamy and Mark Horrocks of Dev Clever infamy from the Lift Global Ventures (LFT) board as the two men are scumbags. But I am not as eloquent on the matter as Mir himself.

Oooh er missus: things getting punchy at Lift Global

Who do I, as a West Ham diehard, support if our arch rivals Millwall play our other arch rivals the dirtbags at Spurs? It is a really hard call. I’d want both to lose. I am not quite at that point when it comes to the boardroom battle at wretched Zak Mir’s Lift Global Ventures (LFT). I think everyone knows that I am no fan of Mir or his proposed chairman Howard White of Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) infamy or of Zak’s ghastly sister from Shares Magazine who sent me such a horrible letter. But on the other hand …

Doing the maths on the Lift Global Ventures GM

It is pointed out to me that at the AGM of Lift Global Ventures (LFT) in December for some reason the shares of Mark Horrocks were not cast, otherwise the resolutions would have passed. With that on board how do the maths look here?

BREAKING: Zak Mir’s cash strapped Lift junks one disgraced director and hires two even greater proven rogues as it pivots into AI

You really could not make this up. There is no word today on the much delayed repayment of three quarters of a Bernie plus interest from hugely insolvent Trans African Energy. The cheque from Africa has not arrived. So it looks as if Mir has spaffed the bulk of Lift’s balance sheet and his chairman Roy Kelly, who also sits on the Trans board, has walked the plank. From bad to worse. His replacement is a proven rogue, scoundrel and all right wrong ’un Dave Richards MBE of Wandisco (WAND) infamy.

A Standard Listed stench: Dev Clever, does not give a flying feck about the truth as goes ahead with bonkers share subscription

This is so rotten and corrupt at every level that the FCA should be crawling all over sub Standard listed Dev Clever (DEV) and Mark Horrocks driven sub standard listed Asimilar (ASLR). It seems that FCA staff are too busy shitting under their desks to do anything about it.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Now less than 2 hours to make it across the border

Lockdown in our part of Wales starts in just under two hours. The Mrs has already escaped to England with Joshua. I am staying here but need some supplies so must rush to get them from a store where they don’t make you wear a face nappy before the North Wales fuzz sets up roadblocks on the bridges over the River Dee. Before my Dukes of Hazard style contraband run, I discuss various conspiracy theories over Rolls Royce (RR.) and IAG (IAG). I look at the massive issues now hanging over Verditek (VDTK) as I expose its latest desperate ramping and another past lie. Finally, Dev Clever (DEV), what is going on with Asimilar (ASLR) and Mark Horrocks as its share price slides again.

Letter to FCA – Full enquiry into Dev Clever, Mark Horrocks and Chris Akers & possible market abuse

Yesterday both Nigel and myself covered the shocking Asimilar/Dev Clever/Mark Horrocks scandal. It is clear to me that in light of what we discovered on September 1, that on May 13 this year Dev Clever (DEV) issued a statement that was grotesquely misleading and as such, constitutes clear market abuse. I have thus asked the FCA to launch a formal investigation into what is a scandal.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - is this the smelliest nest of vipers on the London market?

On the exact occasion of my 7th wedding anniversary I am off to see my father so just a brief bearcast from me. Well quite a long one actually but it is recorded early. I start with Carnival Cruises (CCL), then TrainLine (TRN) and then the stinking nest of vipers that is Asimilar (ASLR), Dev Clever (DEV), All Active Asset Capital (AAA), Mark Horrocks, Chris Akers, Novum and Peterhouse Capital. Hold your noses as you listen.
