A £71 million auditor fine in the “Call Me Dave” Cameron Greensill scandal – what does this say about AIM audits?

Greensill was the supply chain finance giant that appointed Call Me Dave Cameron as a well paid advisor after he stopped being PM. He was paid vast sums to lobby the various Tory Governments that followed his own to assist Greensill. Greensill then went spectacularly bust. Now it seems that the administrators have clawed back £71 million in the form of a settlement agreed out of court paid by auditors Saffreys.
