BREAKING: Alessandro Zamboni’s Nuburu censured by NYSE American SE for late publication of material events, the trap door of delisting gets nearer

Following the slump in its share price by around 45% following publication of its latest draft Prospectus, which gave an indication of just how dilutive the B Series Preferred Shares issued in July might be, yesterday there was more bad news for Zamboni’s US bezzle Nuburu (US:BURU).
