Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - after today's news UKOG only 75% overvalued and Colin Bird's conflicts of interest at Bezant

I start with Joshua’s Advent calendar. Then I look at Nakama (NAK) and how the Green Lord has worked his magical powers of levitation and what happens next. Then at UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), just 75% overvalued after today’s news. Then I look at Bezant (BZT), today’s acquisition and accusations of conflicts of interests for Colin Bird. He is still not speaking to me but I take a more charitable view of his actions here than some will. But I still regard them as unwise.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: May 1 he is made a Lord, June 2017 he hands over £500,000 - nothing to see here sir, move along quietly!

I start with the reason for no bearcast yesterday, Joshua and I heading to an empty house in Shipston. Then today’s Joshua Advent calendar window which confuses me. Then onto Nakama (NAK), Red Rock Resources (RRR), Wishbone (WSBN) which could be a 100 bagger – see HERE  - Monday’s fraud conference which is definitely my last outing as a speaker – Anglesey Mining (AYM) and finally why at every level, including valuation, Sensyne (SENS) is a complete and utter stinker.

Nakama to become a cash shell, but a value investment?

Shares in recruitment group Nakama (NAK), once called Highams and a perennial dog in the bottom tier of the AIM Cesspit are up by 15% on news that it is to sell its ongoing businesses and become a cash shell.  As ever investors are a tad over-optimistic.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Rejoice, Rejoice, Rejoice!

This podcast is dedicated to all those trolls who have given me and my family such grief over certain stocks. I discuss Indaba and crony capitalists and a bloke who did the wrong course at Oxford. I look at Versarien (FRAUD), NMC Health (NMC), Bidstack (BIDS), Intu (INTU) and Nakama (NAK).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Malcolm Stacey you are stark raving mad

In today's bearcast I look at Vela (VELA), Debenhams (DEB), Nakama (NAK) and why Malcolm Stacey's bullishness on the house builders is a sign of madness, I think I need to send the old boy on a holiday to reflect. Yields of 8%, 9% and 10% for a sector tell you that what lies ahead is very bad news indeed, including, almost certainly, dividend cuts.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - naturally I fast forwarded through the lesbian sex scenes

I have not slept since Saturday and I am cream crackered.  I discuss a few of the movies I watched flying to and from New York. Naturally watching Paddington 2 for the second and then third time was the highlight but there was also Atomic Blonde which had great eighties music and lots of violence with commies getting killed. That's fine by me but there were certain scenes I felt a bit uncomfortable watching. I digress.  On today's bearcast I cover UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Mothercare (MTC) and the idea of we bears "preying"  on retailers as legal wankers Linklaters suggest. I look at Avanti (AVN) and Pantheon (PANR) and recall an interview I did with Colin Bird. I also look at Nakama (NAK) and discuss how events can spiral badly for a company seen to be in trouble. If you like bearcasts then remember that at UK Investor on April 21 one of many highlights will be a live bearcast with myself and Paul Scott. Make sure you book a free ticket HERE using the promotional code WINNIFRITH.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 30 October - Insider Dealing IS a crime

I start wth Marlowe (MRL) and a debate here about insider dealing. Then it is onto Quoram (QRM) and its delisting and Nakama (NAK) and its dire results - it should be delisted. Then it is onto Mosman Oil & Gas (MSMN) - another confetti issue, Fitbug (FITB) which needs a confetti issue, Peer TV (PTV) whose board need shooting as does Tim Coffman its disgusting POS Nomad and finally UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), David Lenigas and the truth about ISDX as opposed to Big Dave's PR bologny.
