Clearly the big lie, and it was a blatant lie told to we loyal shareholders at the AGM of Optibiotix (OPTI) was, as heroic Ed from Islington called out on the day, Neil Davidson’s version of events leading up to the infamous made up RNS of October 10. But there is another statement made by the grossly overpaid chairman that also now needs correcting. I have written to Nomad, Liam “The Toke” Murray at Cairn Financial.

At Saturday’s Sharestock Adam Reynolds of Probiotix (PBX) was grilled on the exact timeline of communications between Probiotix and Optibiotix (OPTI) between September 3 and October 10 last year. If Reynolds is telling the truth and I believe that he is and that any scrutiny of phone and email records will demonstrate that then Neil Davidson, the chairman of Optibiotix (OPTI) has deceived investors in 2024 and lied to the AGM this year. I have written to Optibiotix’s Nomad Liam Murray at Cairn Financial

My friend and fellow West Ham supporter the Euroloon Jonathan Price reckons that Optibiotix (OPTI) doing a Proactive IR video costs only £900 and so why not? The video below is from 2020 and shows why he is 100% wrong.

In light of the clear timeline provided in my earlier bearcast showing the attempted cover-up of market manipulation on October 10 last year, I have written to the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation suggesting that they need to step in to force the immediate resignation of Optibiotix (OPTI) Chairman Neil Davidson.

The AGM votes are finally in and are amazing. Steve O'Hara seems determined to ignore QCA guidelines which he has signed up to in response. I then dissect lies we were told by CFO David Blain referencing Tern HERE and the HMRC HERE. then it is onto Chairman Neil Davidson and why his explanation of the 10 October 2024 fake release just cannot be true. The cover up is worse than the crime. Nomad Liam Murray needs to speak to Probiotix (PBX), investigate and then force Davidson to go. Finally I explain why I am not selling.

I sart with my train journey with fat, foul mouthed Freddy and his obese family. I despair for Britain. Then I attended the Optibiotix (OPTI) AGM wearing my pro Israel T-shirt which is jolly brave given the mood music here in Londonistan. The AGM was bad tempered with Ed from Islington and myself plus 9 other shareholders giving the board everything it deserved. e will get the poll results later. I recount everything that happened, it was a true blood sport.

This will not be a good weekend for the board at Optibiotix (OPTI). Already facing a possible FCA Enquiry into allegations of market manipulation by chairman Neil Davidson, I will later expose the numerous IFRS breaches in the 2024 Annual Report which will see the company and its clueless FD David Blain reported to the FRC. Meanwhile more and more votes are being cast against the board electronically ahead of the AGM. I sense we might be at 5% already and urge you to vote as I explain HERE. But first, why Steve O’Hara is to be reported to AIM Regulation and the FCA. He lied blatantly in an RNS.

When I first threatened to call an EGM to replace a number if not all of the directors of Optibiotix (OPTI) but certainly Neil Davidson and the gimp NED Sean Christie, Lyin’ Steve O Hara begged me not to bother as “all the directors will be up for re-election at the AGM”. I thought this unlikely but could not believe that even Lyin’ Steve would tell such a barefaced lie so maybe what sits in my notes was true. Well guess what?

In the 2023 half year report published in September of that year Optibiotix (OPTI) boasted that “The Board took decisive action in December 2022 and in H1 2023 to reduce Board, management and advisory costs in order to ensure each part of the business and subsequently the Group achieve operational profitability as soon as possible.” Specifically we were told that director pay for 2023 was cut by 20%. We learned that by RNS.

I am grateful to a man from the world of compliance for helping craft the letter below which has gone to the FCA but also to AIM Regulation and hapless Nomad Liam “the Toke” Murray at Cairn Financial about market abuse at Optibiotix (OPTI). If chairman Neil Davidson cared about the company he would step down at once but having awarded himself a 50% pay rise to £66,000 ( for 2 days a month) in 2024, why would he?

I believe Optibiotix (OPTI) will deliver month on month profitability later this year and that its shares are cheap. But following the latest share sale debacle I have lost patience and would like to see an EGM called to sack chairman Neil Davidson and his gimp NED Sean Christie.

I start with a few minutes on Woodlarks. This may be my last year doing the Rogue Bloggers Walk but myself, Lucian Miers and Jonathan Price are minded to do it once more in May or June. On the basis that it could be a last hurrah and that you may want to consider a way of shifting that Christmas belly bulge how about you join us in 2022? Then onto Optibiotix (OPTI) where its NEDs have behaved in a most disgraceful way with free money share option troughing. As a loyal shareholder this is another kick in the gonads for me and I urge Steve O’Hara to sack three of the four of them and replace them with one new, less greedy, individual. Actually I’d go for all four booting out chairman Neil Davidson as well.

I am in complete agony after a 20 mile training walk for Woodlarks. Feel my pain and please make a donation to rogue bloggers today. Then I make a few more observations about Optibiotix (OPTI) and its chairman.

Okay the video is from blowjob TV that is to say Proactive from yesterday and thus the interviewer makes Zak Mir look like Jeremy Paxman. But, remembering that chairman Davidson has a reputation to lose, take note of what he implies about buying even more shares and also about deals not yet announced. His quiet confidence is clear and that is why even at 86p-88p you would be certifiable if you sold any shares. We certainly will not be at anywhere near this level.

Oh well, apparently he is a very astute businessman. But as for his other half... As a diehard Brexiteer I have to question at least one aspect of Neil Davidson's judgement, his better ( well sort of) half in action below - the bit where Nigel Farage duffs her up on ship building is especially good. But I still think the shares are very cheap! None the less I must now acceptr that the chair of our biggest single investment is sleeping with the enemy.
