If the name sounds familiar that was because it was formerly called Roundhouse Digital Limited. The name change reflects its pivot from the previous hot sector of crypto to the current hot sector of artificial intelligence. Michael Edwards and his daughter Olivia Edwards were both previously directors and the Chairman is Matthew Lodge also involved at Satsuma Technology (SATS) and previously King Tide Carbon, the curing global warming with seaweed enterprise, which had a tie up with pot play Cellular Goods.

The most obvious red flag is that it is promoted at least twice a week as a storming buy by brown envelope man Zak Mir which is perhaps one reason why shares in Astrid Intelligence ( ASTR) have fallen by more than 50% to just 0.09p since early February. Astrid is now on the AQSE lobster pot but in the days when it was a pot company called Cellular Goods, backed by David Beckham, it was on the main market. I called it out as a Jonathan Bixby/Michael Edwards POS then and boy was I right. So many gazillion shares have been issued to fund retained losses of £19.7 million since 2018 that the market cap is still £5.4 million.

All sorts of rogues and characters are involved here from the Bixby Edwards gang, Jerry Keen, Zak Mir, Brian Stockbridge, fragant young Olivia Edwards. But a placing that needs to be reversed, a potentially false and fast market and a false excuse for a demotion to AQSE, this scandal has it all. The FCA should be all over Cel AI (CLAI)
