I covered the IPO of FalconEdge (EDGE) on AQSE on October 31 HERE. You may remember the dishonest promotion of it by the tattooed lady, PR genius Steffi ( on a £36,000 a year NED screw) and how insiders got in at 0.0067p just two months before an essentially dormant company raised cash at 1.034p. The shares are now 1p valuing the shitshow at c£10 million on a fully diluted basis although its cash backing is now well under £2 million and falling fast. But heck it is bitcoin advisory and investment so who cares?

Capitalism is meant to be about folks risking cash to create a business that creates products or services other folks want and which provides real jobs. Look at the photo tweet below from PR genius Steffi and tell my why this is capitalism not cronyism. It is just pointless, a group of well paid folks being well paid to discuss shifting bits of paper and assets of zero intrinsic value around. This is not creating wealth, it is redistributing it from mug punters to the crony capitalists.

According to AQSE listed Shortwave Life Sciences (PSY), Rolf Gerritsen is "an entrepreneurial executive, with outstanding strategic, organisational, commercial and financial skills with an exceptional delivery record developed over the last 30 years. His core strengths included strategy development, implementation and sourcing capital for growth companies, special situations and restructuring opportunities.” Advisor Peterhouse which signed off on that claim on Tuesday as Rolf was appointed chairman and Peterhouse raised £250,000 might think that but I can’t think why.

Amazingly, after all the lies, well documented on this website, that African Potash (AFPO) told before being slung off the AIM sewer and all the lies it has continued to tell under its new name of Block Commodities (BLCC) while on the joke Aquis Market, the shares remain listed. Lyin’ Chris Cleverly has, however, stepped down “to pursue other interests”. That announcement came as the company managed to find an adviser to act for it. I wonder if it was a condition.

Floated at 10p, a couple of years later shares in Golden Saint Resources (GSR) trade at 0.03p to sell. Gosh that £36,000 a year it invested in securing the services of PR genius Steffi was money well spent was it not? But one ex shareholder, the founder Cyril d'Silva does not look too unhappy as a new photo of him in action last month demonstrates. Nice one Cyril. Well for him anyway.

I start with more news on frigana cutting. I am a sweaty wreck after a day of mega slashing as I "take it out" on various folks in the City. Oh and there is bad news for a company trying hard to bring jobs and wealth to the grim Northern welfare safaris, DX Group (DX). Moral of the story, let them rot, stick to doing business in the hard working South.

Elsewhere I look at the piece of Turkish that is Golden Saint Resources (GSR) - still pissing away £3k a month on PR genius Steffi - as it heads for insolvency again. Then it is onto Nighthawk (HAWK) and Trinity Exploration (TRIN) and the problems for banks that lend to oil companies. Then I refer to HSS Hire (HSS) and cover Andalas (ADL) again as its shares sink like a stone. They have a lot further to sink, sell now!
