In light of today’s shocking news about the clearly not backdated resignation of Paul Mathieson of Amazing AI I have written to the company’s former auditors Pointon Young. But before then I flag up one matter from Mr. Mathieson’s lawyers in Manilla.

I almost admire the chutzpah of Paul Mathieson, the poster boy client of Franke Davies and her pals  at the Baker Mckenzie International group, as he strives to bury Amazing AI, now known as XXXX Holdings Ltd without a clue as to where the £1 million raised last September went. Letter to AQSE Regulation: have you chatted to Amazing AI’s auditors?

Auditors Pointon Young in Birmingham are, as I write, working on the accounts of Amazing AI (AAI) for the year to June 30th 2025. Last year the numbers were only published on deadline day, New Year’s Eve (a red flag) and not actually submitted to Companies House until January 7 (a small fine but who cares it is OPM?). But I am concerned about the 2025 Audit and have written to AQSE Regulation
