Skinbiotherapeutics – what is taking so long?

A few readers pose the question. Shares in Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) have now been suspended for almost three weeks as a result of it not being able to get out its accounts for the six months to December 31 while enquiries continue into the fraudulent June 2025 numbers. But why is this taking so long?
