Earlier today I exposed how worthless AIM shitco Quantum Blockchain (QBT) had lied to investors in its September 28 released half calendar year results about a possible windfall of up to 270,000 Euro from the sale of an Italian House. What 80 Mile PLC (80M) is NOT telling you in today’s RNS is that its joint broker Zeus has quit. That is not because of today’s joke all paper merger with Nasdaq dog Greenland Resources but because of a series of regulatory failings not least the recentplacing scandal that the FCA and AIM Regulation are all over. The Guardian ran the story 4 days ago and nothing happened. I flagged it up here yesterday calling from an RNS from 80 Mile (80M). Maybe the folks round at AIM Regulation read the UK’s top investigativef inancial website rather than the paper of the purple haired lanyard wearing classes? Only jesting. The main thing is that 80 Mile has been forced today to ‘fess up and its shares are crashing.

The company in question is, of course, Union Jack Oil (UJO) run by trougher David Bramhill who broke the Companies Act 2006 to keep his job by adjourning the AGM last Friday. The recommended, albeit doomed to fail, offer by Reabold Resources (RBD) now begs the question of whether it is the Nomad SP Angel or the auditor Crowe LLP that has allowed dangerously misleading statements to be issued. I have written a letter to my good pals at the Financial Reporting Council and my not so good non pals, the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, suggesting that they jointly establish which advisor has acted with a bent management team to mislead investors.

The position of David Bramhill and the troughers at Union Jack Oil (UJO) is now wholly untenable. On Friday Bramhill acted, as I exposed HERE, ultra vires to adjourn an AGM which was set to boot him and his fellow fat cat incompetents off the board. His pretext was a possible all paper offer from Reabold (RBD) but today Reabold published accounts with a material uncertainty. Not even Bramhill can recommend a paper offer from such a company. As I noted earlier, David Bramhill of Union Jack Oil (UJO) knew that he and fellow directors would be ousted at the AGM today and thus acted to adjourn it which for all sorts of reasons was disgraceful. In an accompanying RNS he says he was entitled to do so under Union Jack’s Mems & Arts but that was a lie. He acted ultra vires. I have written to advisors and regulators demanding urgent action against Bramhill.

I did not make it to Bristol as my car broke down on the M6. I have only just now got back from a happy time in Walsall or was it Wednesbury?. If you are thinking of a romantic weekend get away I would recommend you don't choose Walsall or Wednesbury. As it happens the A grade shit David Bramhill waited until 11 AM to adjourn the Union Jack Oil (UJO) AGM in Bristol in order to cling onto his job and expense account for a few weeks more. At every level what Bramhill has done is a disgrace and he should be cold shouldered and pilloried by all concerned as should his democracy denying sidekicks Zac Philips and Joe O'Farrell, lawyers Keystone, Nomad SP Angel and brokers Zeus. All should hang their heads in shame.

When Amaroq (AMRQ) moves from the AIM Casino to the main market its market cap means that it will go straight into the FTSE 250 Index which will mean that there may be a bit of buying by Index funds but there will certainly be buying by funds that would not buy shares in a FTSE Small Cap let alone a company on AIM. But could KEFI Gold & Copper (KEFI) also get into the FTSE 250? Do not laugh.

On 15 December 2025 Versarien (VRS) issued an update on its disposal of AAC Cyroma Limited, to Harper Bennett Limited for a total consideration of £550,000. Harper Bennett only paid four instalments totalling £137,500 leaving £412,500 outstanding. It then welched which, given its historic finances, was hardly surprising.
