The most obvious red flag is that it is promoted at least twice a week as a storming buy by brown envelope man Zak Mir which is perhaps one reason why shares in Astrid Intelligence ( ASTR) have fallen by more than 50% to just 0.09p since early February. Astrid is now on the AQSE lobster pot but in the days when it was a pot company called Cellular Goods, backed by David Beckham, it was on the main market. I called it out as a Jonathan Bixby/Michael Edwards POS then and boy was I right. So many gazillion shares have been issued to fund retained losses of £19.7 million since 2018 that the market cap is still £5.4 million.

I supposed if you are advised by the morally bankrupt, journalist smearing PR mothers at Yellow Jersey you have some excuse for putting out such a daft release. But even so, the patsy for the Bixby/Edwards gang at Sundae Bar (SBAR), CEO Jill Kenny must take her shareholders for fools. In that, at least, she is, right.
