Golden Rock Global – I just cannot see why this is not worthless and where is the TR1?

For most of the past two years shares in Golden Rock Global (GCG) have been suspended for failure to get out accounts or to conclude no one but two, now aborted, RTOs. Now, with funding provided by colourful penny share player Leon Hogan they are back but today’s interims show that surely the stock is worthless.
