An announcement by Technologies New Energy (TNE) a few weeks ago, regarding reducing the exercise price of its warrants from 20p to 10p, caught my eye and a quick look at other recent announcements suggested I should make time to follow this up, particularly as it transpires that the £28 million reverse takeover only six weeks earlier was financed by issuing shares at 20p. This stinks as I shall explain and at 25p mid a £40 million main market valuaton is bonkers.
