I start with the weather. Guess what it is like in Wales today? I end with Joe Biden, what I shall NOT be watching tonight, why and what I fear from the next four years. In between I look at IQE (IQE), Bidstack (BIDS), Xtract Resources (XTR), Eurasia Mining (EUA) and Greatland Gold (GGP). But it is mainly IQE.

Tipping as a major buy, shares in Wirecard, Europe’s largest fraud and a company every bear on the planet had called out as a fraud, 48 hours before the stock collapsed was perhaps not the greatest day for Ed Croft and Stockopedia. Even worse than the days when the system rated the Globo and Quindell frauds as massive buys. So maybe Stockopedia can redeem itself with a call on mystery Company A which has filed its accounts for calendar 2019.

Jeepers he must have been sober to have fallen in love with this shite. In today’s podcast I look at Versarien (VRS), TrakM8 (TRAK), ADM Energy (ADME), San Leon Energy (SLE) and Catenae (CTEA). Now go and have a butchers at MineProphets and book your ticket (just £2.99) now HERE.

No I am not referring to Ed’s stock picking system concluding that the Quindell (QPP) fraud was one of the 10 cheapest shares on AIM. Nor am I referring to it rating the fraud Globo (GBO) as a 92/100 BUY. Or to thirsty Paul Scott using the Stockopedia system to serve up classic buys like IQE (IQE) and TrakM8 (TRAK) This gem from the Stockopedia stock picking system is an even worse call and in fact possibly the worst stock call in history.

I start with my excitement about the video I have just recorded with Carson Block of Muddy Waters for the Shareprophets shares show. Lawyers alert!. It was brilliant stuff. I end by saying I recorded a PLC video for the show earlier. I am incredibly tempted to buy the shares heavily. Anyhow both videos and 70 others will go live on May 9 so book your ticket HERE. In today’s podcast I look at Novacyt (NCYT), Avacta (AVCT) fake news in the Mail on Sunday, Urban Exposure (UEX) and in very real detail that old Thirsty Paul Scott fave TrakM8 (TRAK) where today’s numbers ring massive alarm bells.

The Sheriff of AIM is surely entitled to a celebratory breakfast ouzo at his hovel in North Wales? On Wednesday I flagged up a profits warning from the Krauts at Siltronic and suggested that IQE (IQE) was likely to follow. Less than 48 hours later the Cardiff dog duly barks. As a long term bear I have repeatedly warned silly sell side analysts, Thirsty Paul Scott and others that this company is a crock…once again I stand vindicated. And so to detail….it is grim.

Just to make this one a bit harder, to win this contest you need to name all six of the fine upstanding citizens below and then tell me which is the odd one out and why ( and its nothing to do with gender). The first to give me seven correct answers in the comments section below wins a semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger ( mornings only), Thirsty Paul Scott. The deadline for en tries is midnight tonight, Wednesday 10 April.

It appears that after racking up losses of £3 million last year the sex toys and lingerie chain Ann Summers is on the brink. In the good old days the woman below used to put sex toys and vibrators on expenses at Ariadne Capital. But it is now in administration and Julie Meyer is in Switzerland. This may partial;ly explain the woes of Ann Summers and as such we ask you to post suitable captions in the comments section below. The wittiest/most filthy will win a semi naked photo of the UK's top share blogger, thirsty Paul Scott. The deadline is midnight tonight. Do your worst.

In covering this subject, my prime concern is not to hurt the feelings of Britain’s top share blogger, thirsty Paul Scott, who filled his boots at the 17p IPO. Mr Scott repeatedly argued, normally via 3AM thirsty tweet rants, that my tipping the shares was holding them back and so when I advised readers to bank 100% gains at 34p (and did so myself as well) he argued this was awful advice but thought it good for the share price which he saw at 65p+. The stock is off another 5% today at 22p to sell so should we be thinking of horrifying thirsty Paul and buying back in?

I start with a question for wretched PM Theresa May - which of your assessment's of Jeremy Corbyn was correct? I then look at the strange events at Brave Bison (BBSN), take aprt Audioboom's (BOOM) joke trading statement, look at Jersey Oil & Gas (JOG), Management Resource Solutions (MRS) and, finally, thirsty Paul Scott favourite TrakM8 (TRAK). Now how about you all follow the good Craig and donate a "one-er" HERE

In light of the contrast between the January 25 Lyin' Steve Sanderson video (dont worry about dilution, fully funded, blah, blah, blah) and today's UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) discounted placing we invite captions of the picture below: 3 vessels full of hot air, aka a tankers and two er oil executives. Post in the comments section below with a deadline of midnight tonight. The rudest/funniest entry will receive a semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger (mornings only), thirsty Paul Scott.

Do your worst in the comments section below. The deadline for entries is midnight tonight, unless we decide to ignore the wishes of 52% of you and extend it. The prize, as ever, is a semi naked photo of The UK's top share blogger, mornings only, Thirsty Paul Scott.

In December 2018 Ted Baker (TED) brought in lawyers Herbert Smith Freehills to investigate allegations that its founder and CEO Ray Kelvin had groped members of staff. That enquiry is ongoing but will now focus on Ted Baker's internal controls. Kelvin insists he is innocent but has now quit with immediate effect. In light of that, we bring you two images from Baker's last annual report (which showed Kelvin trousering £1.6 million) and ask you to supply suitable captions on the comments section below by midnight tonight. As ever, the winner will receive a semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger (mornings only), Thirsty Paul Scott.

These days Optibiotix (OPTI) is on the cusp of being or already profitable and as such what excites us are rapidly growing revenues and new sales and marketing agreements. We will not have to wait long at all for more news on both those fronts. But behind this great company is the IP, the science.

You cannot say that this site has not warned you repeatedly. But some folks like Neil Woodford knew better. Britain's top share blogger (mornings only), Thirsty Paul Scott, was also a fan and we know how accurate his analysis is. I don't know about Scott but Woodford has been averaging down aggressively. Neil always knows better which is why he is worth £37 million a year. Today we have another high profile horror story for Britain’s most conceited fund manager & yet another shocker for the nation's thirstiest share blogger, with a truly shocking lack of profits warning. I shall explain below why this makes the target price 0p....it is enough to turn a man to drink.

I start by issuing a correction. That is what journalists do and thirsty share bloggers don't when they goof. That refers to Footasylum (FOOT) though my generic point still stands. I also cover Telit (TCM), UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Dev Clever (DEV), Plus500 (PLUS) and Patagonia Gold (PGD) and other loss making companies that, for some reason, have net debt.

Thirsty Paul Scott was so flamed by some of his readers for his hatchet job on Optibiotix (OPTI) , littered, as it was, with false statements that he announced he would not be penning a column on Friday as he was, alongside thousands of school kids worried about global warming, going on strike. The difference between those withdrawing their labour on Friday is that the kids will, one day, grow up and most of the teenagers already produce work that is far less error strewn than that of the Thirsty one.

Thirsty Paul Scott and his boss Ed Croft at Stockopaedophile do not like me. Maybe that explains Paul's very sad attack on Optibiotix (OPTI) yesterday which was strewn with factual errors and poor analysis. Or maybe Paul was just pissed after pouring too much vodka on his cornflakes that day. I go through his article pointing out the string of errors. Clearly Paul is not a well man and we should pray for him. Elsewhere I look at Sabien (SNT), its knob head boss, dodgy share dealing, the cash crisis and why it is fecked. I cover Cabot (CAB), Wandisco (WAND) and then take a look at Motif Bio (MTFB) - a share tip from Malcolm Stacey where, I have told him, you all deserve an update - and a related party Amphion (AMP), which looks pretty fecked too.

Yesterday, in the wake of more damning revelations about the Frontera Resources (FRR) fraud we brought you an exclusive picture of its best paid promoter, the whore blogger Malcolm Graham Wood helping the fuzz with their enquiries as you can see below. We asked you for suitable captions and, as you can see HERE, there were numerous good entries. But there can be only one winner of a semi naked photo of Britain’s top share blogger (mornings only), Thirsty Paul Scott….

Suffice to say you would not want your average Frontera (FRR) shareholder on your pub quiz team would you? There were numerous fantastic nominations for this contest as you can see HERE but Bwakem and Soupchicken will have to fight it out for the prize, a semi naked photo of Britain’s top share blogger (mornings only) Thirsty Paul Scott as they both spotted the gem below.

I know that Thirsty Paul Scott was a major bull of Staffline (STAF) and a shareholder. Today's shocking news of allegations of accounting irregularities made by the company's own auditor PWC and a share suspension is enough to turn any man to drink. In this podcast I give background and explain what I think the outcome will be. It is bad but not, I suspect, a Patisserie Holdings (CAKE) but it might get very nasty.

The AIM demise of the fraud Frontera (FRR) has unleashed a barrage of Bulletin Board idiocy not seen for years. It seems that the idiot from every village in the land was invested here and the comments on the Asylums at the LSE, ADVFN and iii as well as on twitter restore ones faith in the sheer stupidity of your fellow man. To win a semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger before lunchtimes, Thirsty Paul Scott, simply post your examples of supreme idiocy ( not necessarily on Frontera) in the comments section below. The deadline is midnight on Saturday 2nd Fenruary. I start off with my nomination. Can anyone beat this gem from tune player on the ADVFN Asylum.

The FCA must be all over him on this matter as Neil Woodford is now 4 days late with the Woodford Investment management annual report. What is he hiding? As we wait for Britain's most conceited fund manager to come clean and file, I invite you to provide a suitable capition for the image underneath in the comments section below. As ever the prioze for the wittiest entry is a semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger (mornings only), thirsty Paul Scott. The deadline to enter is midnight Saturday, January 5.

Oh dear. Oh dear. For those beguiled by the shoddy analysis of thirsty Paul Scott into buying shares in IQE (IQE), things are set to go from bad to worse. Much worse. Last night Apple issued a first quarter sales warning.

Shares in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) have actually rallied to 1.35p to sell in recent days. Natch they remain grotesquely overvalued as the clock starts to tick on the countdown to yet an other placing. But still there are those who reckon that on £650k per annum Lyin’ Steve Sanderson is good value as CEO. Whatever. On Tuesday I asked for suitable captions for the photo below and there were many decent entries as you can see HERE. But there can be only one winner…NO!

In today's podcast I look at Johnston Press (JPR), RIP, Flybe (FLYB), TrakM8 (TRAK) - which could well go the way of Johnston Press if its banks pull the plug, and UK Oil & Gas (UKOG),. down 25% on the week but set to lose at least a third of its remaining market cap by Christmas.

For a while it was going so well for TrakM8 (TRAK). Put out RNS’s saying you had cash when you had debt, record ramptastic interviews with thirsty Paul Scott and get him ramping hard, make really dodgy acquisitions that made no sense, generate no cash and watch the shares go ever higher. Then the Sheriff of AIM started to look underneath the hood and kick the tyres. The shares were 360p back then. They are opening today at just 23p to sell after a truly diabolical set of results and a (lack of) profits warning. If you were at the heart of the rampfest, it would be enough to turn a man to drink.

I can't say what but it is a game changer. I do however discuss the Brexit omnishambles. I then look at why thirsty Paul Scott got TrakM8 (TRAK) and IQE (IQE)) so badly wrong as the former utterly unravels today. Is it down to the flaw at the heart of the Stockopedia system which seems to have entered Paul's thinking. I look at the lessons for us all from this debacle. I also cover today's news from Adept4 (AD4)

Presented by myself, in October 2017, with slam dunk evidence that AIM Casino listed fraud MySquar (MYSQ) had committed wholesale fraud, the boss of AIM Regulation Marcus Stuttard did nothing. So MySquar was able to raise millions more pounds on the casino and private investors have lost everything. Still Stuttard thinks he is doing a good job. We captured the moment Marcus received the MySquar report in the picture below and as you can see HERE, you supplied many suitable captions. But there can only be one winner, Kayeserasera received a signed semi-naked photo of top share blogger Thirsty Paul Scott for the entry below:

Happy Hop-tu-naa to any listeners in the Isle of Man, and happy Halloweebn to the rest of you. I start the podcast with a handy tip on dealing with the Trick or Treat menace. This afternoon I head off with Joshua to deal with the bastards at Barclays (see yesterday's bearcast) and I will report back on that tomorrow. I look at Crawshaw (CRAW), I3 Energy (I3E) doing a Cathy Newman, at Photonstar Led (PSL)) which is toast, Online Blockchain (OBC), at FastJet (FJET), lessons for Neil Woodford from GYG (GYG) and elsewhere and why Thirsty Paul Scott and others should keep December 3 free.

In today's podcast I start with a brief but of macro babble then look at RM2 (RM2) specifiocally but also at the wider Neil Woodford stable* of dogs. Then I discuss whether I'd buy into Patisserie Holdings (CAKE) at 50p. It is certainly not the same as Conviviality (CVR) which Thirsty Paul Scott bet heavily on the day before it went bust. There are similarities but 1 big difference.

Yesterday I asked you for suitable captions for this picture of Big Dave Lenigas and Lyin' Steve Sanderson of UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) standing next to a tanker at Horse Hill. But the winner of the semi naked photo of Britain's top share blogger before lunchtime, Thirsty Paul Scott is Jules2k6 with:

Broker Shore Cap insisted that shares in Sosandar (SOS) were worth 50p. Thirsty Paul Scott gushed about how they were potentially worth far more and after such massive pumping the stock hit the mid forties at which point it was valued at around thirty times historic sales. Insanity. And then the shares started sliding, falling from 44p at the start of this month to 36p yesterday. That must have been enough to turn anyone to drink. Whatever could have been happening… oh yes…

Oh dear, oh dear. At what point will those who have backed this crock of shit decide that it is not worth chucking any more cash down this black hole. I know that free speech denying boss Rob Proctor and his relatives on the payroll need jobs but but this company is just a disaster zone. As he wakes up for a meeting with Karma today, Proctor tries to polish the turd but today’s lack of profits/almost out of cash warning is his worst yet. And that takes some doing given his track record of abject operational failure and of consistent value destruction

Juicin Drumroll demanded we bring back the Bulletin Board Moron of the week contest and last week he again tried to win in a most valiant way with a superb nomination of a UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) moron from the ADVFN asylum as you can see HERE. But I am afraid he was pipped to the post by Warun Boofit who has found some gems care of two Frontera (FRR) owning poltroons. The winning double header is below:

Five weeks in and the man who demanded we bring this contest back, Juicin Drumroll, is the runner up in this week’s contest but the photo of a semi I naked Thirsty Paul Scott goes instead to Putneywill – but there were numerous cracking entries, mainly posts by shareholders in UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) who – as you can see HERE – really are true morons.

My long term bearishness about TrakM8 (TRAK) a company that issues misleading RNS’s, makes ludicrous acquisitions as it racks up its debts and never translates profits (a matter of opinion) into cash (a matter of fact, unless you are an AIM China fraud) is well documented here. Of course, Thirsty Paul Scott had cosy chats with the management and knew better than a "nutcase of the first order". Today the shares have tanked to a new multi year low after another dire statement.

Having demanded we bring back this contest, once again Juicin Drumroll fails to win with his nomination. Come on Juicin, we are doing this for you, please try harder. Brokerman Dan has been replaced as the maps man on our Woodlarks Charity walk on Saturday. Perhaps we now know why in his former career he did not always get away. For it turns out that the walk is not 32 miles but 33. Lucian has mapped it out in full. Cripes. We now need just over £2,000 to reach our £20,000 target so if you have not yet sponsored me please do so HERE. Get us to target & I will shut up about it. In the podcast I look at IQE (IQE), Rangers FC and another date in court for Dave King, Thirsty Paul Scott not understanding what research means & wanting me not to cover Sosandar (SOS), Cenkos (CNKS), ADVFN (AFN) and Online Blockchain (OBC), Highlands Natural Resources (HNR) and Fishing Republic (FISH) which, I think, is AIM toast in waiting
