I do not hide my medical issues. I feel okay now but the truth is that I only got out of bed at 3.30. I don't know why and I am seeing the Shipmans tomorrow and I actually feel great now but these things happen. But my output today is limited. Apologies. I do however comment on Hamak (HAMA), Atlas Metals (AMG), pondering if either broker has the integrity to resign, Hemogenyx (HEMO) and another rat smelled and Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) and another letter I need to send to the FCA

In today's second bearcast I look at gold vs bitcoin vs shares in an inflationary and AI world, at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and three of my critics and what they say, at Oracle Power (ORCP), Hemogenyx (HEMO) and Georgina Energy (GEX) and the Fat Lady.

Sometimes you do not need to be a chartist to look at a share price chart and scream THIS STINKS! Yesterday I flagged up the extraordinary share price action at Oracle Power (ORCP) ahead of a placing at 0.014p in which it raised £500,000 gross c/o broker CMC. I have now written to the FCA suggesting that it launch a full stewards. It really should not be hard to establish the truth.

That should be fun. Ahead of that I look at lessons from Versarien (VRS) and at Chill Brands (CHLL), Belluscura (BELL), Cleantech Lithium (CTL) and Bluebird Mining Ventues (BMV) and at ShareStock..

Shockingly, Optibiotix (OPTI) has still to release the votes from its AGM but, as I suspected, resolution 5 failed to get passed. It is almost as if the board views shareholders with contempt. More on that later and on the next steps. I hope you enjoyed my own first take on what happened, I have had more thoughts on that since. But here is the take from Lemming Junior. Apparently I am a “veteran” now. Do I look it? Lemming fils opines:

Panorama and others recognized that my 1000 articles, videos and podcasts from 2015 exposed disgraced fund manager Neil Woodford while the deadwood press, led by the FT and by Jeff Prestridge et al at the Mail on Sunday, blew smoke up his arse almost to the point of when his funds were gated in June 2019. In fact Woodford himself singled me out as his nemesis back in 2019. Today the FCA has banned Woodford from fund management and levied huge fines but crime really has paid for the disgraced money man

Most of the eleven folks stripped of awards last night were sex offenders. Julie Meyer just put a sex toy on expenses. But the shamed and disgraced businesswoman whose antics this website has exposed in numerous articles as you can see HERE is now no longer an MBE with the cabinet Office saying that she has lost her gong for “Bringing the honours system into disrepute”. Meyer has responded to my investigative journalism over the past ten tears with legal threats, numerous defamatory online postings and harassment and by reporting me to the Police for harassment. Suffice to say the old Bill were laughing after I explained the situation to them. But this is an ouzo moment for me!

I arrived home to find a letter in the mail box from the Tom Winnifrith Action group comprisng City workers, Israeli oppositon leaders, Doctors, shareholders in Red Rock Resources but above all those who hate Israel. It makes specific demands and ends with an explicit threat. I discuss.

I discuss the worrying way bitcoin and other cryptos are tumbling and what that means for shitcoin in treasury constructs like Smarter Web Company (SWC). I look at three gold companies: Wishbone (WSBN), Serabi (SRB) and Amaroq (AMRQ) and I have had a small bet on the next PM, the odds out there are interesting.

I am off to see an entrance to the Underworld. Ahead of that a few words on a matter which is making some folks go mad, the Croda (CRDA) NDA with Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX)

The spoof valued at more than 1.1 billion pounds on a fully diluted basis has issued a new research report telling us how we must use new methods to see how cheap Smarter shares are as the old ones do not work. It is lie backed nonsense and all involved should be ashamed. When this bubble bursts many folks will be wiped out while Webley walks away with up to 15 million quid and the advisors cash in warrants at 3p funding the renting of legions of young ladies from Ukraine. This bubble is a disgrace.

I start with Greek news (good) and then agreeing with Brian Basham, champagne socialist of the year 2002-25, on the latest madness of Rachael from Customer Services on mortgages and cash ISAs. Then Ariana (AAU), Satsuma (SATS), Cirata (CRTA) and Sosandar (SOS)

I have fally sold my Wishbone (WSBN) shares, a less than two months almos four bagger. I no longer feel dirty. The proceeds have been largely reinvested in four stocks: two blue chips (one new), a mid cap and a penny share. I explain my thinking.

I start with holida reading here at the Greek Hovel which will horrify Euroloon Jonathan Price and others. Then a rare defeat at the FRC over Versarien (VRS) but surely AIM Regulation should be acting. Then the stink about today's disastous fund raise at David Lenigas spoof, the London Bitcoin Company (BTC). Is the bitcoin in treasury bubble bursting or the Lenigas bubble bursting? Regulators should be all over this. How many fund raises has it had since a January prospectus saying it had no need to raise for 12 months? I also look at CapAI (CPAI), surely placing ahoy!

I start with laptop issues which have delayed today. Then it is onto Futura Medical (FUM) a great bear call in the world of ED from myself and Lucian Miers. But is now the time to turn bullish? I discuss.

Enjoy the heatwave, it is still raining here in Greece. I have done a podcast on that and on the BBC’s claim that the Hellenic Republic will soon be a desert HERE. Then it is onto Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), Wandisco (WAND), Blackbird (BIRD), Eden Research (EDEN) and Invinity (IES), currently being ramped by Andrew Monk in Canada.

I start with bollocks talked all round today about bailing out those suffering mortgage misery. Blah, blah, blah. Then it is on to bitcoin and Argo Blockchain (ARB), a deep dive into the stinkiest deal done in eons, Hydrogen Utopia (HUI) is the culprit. Then I look at Conroy Gold & Natural Resources (CGNR), more nonsense from Chill Brands (CHLL) and why Bidstack (BIDS) may go bust and why I hope it goes bust. En passant, I mention Cook’s Coffee (COOK) and the disgraced Andrew Monk who IPO’d it.

In today’s podcast I look at Vast Resources (VAST) and why you should read an RNS closely and at Supply@ME Capital (SYME) as I get my dates confused and so, it seems, does it. I consider Eurasia Mining (EUA) – surely a statement needed. I look at Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) and at Amigo (AMGO) where surely even Evil must concede defeat at the hands of the FCA on whose side I am on, in this matter at least.

In today’s podcast I look at Dev Clever (DEV), Tesla (TSLA), Mothercare (MTC), Versarien (VRS) and Block Energy (BLOE). Enjoy.

I look at why taking part in the Premaitha (NIPT) placing did not constitute insider dealing but make a suggestion as to how to change the way AIM placings take part. I look at what the Countrywide (CWD) statement means for Purplebricks (PURP) and at UK housing activity, at MySquar (FRAUD) where SP Angel continues to turn a blind eye to crime, at Avanti Communications (AVN), R4E (R4E) and at a new NEX float Tectonic Gold (TTAU) formerly Stratmin and why AIM turned it down and what message that sends to flip flop Ben Turney and Teathers (TEA). As you can tell from the start of this podcast I am a tad pissed off with life. Anyhow I then move onto debt. State debt, corporate debt and personal debt. It is like crack cocaine. It is addictive and in the end it is lethal. I warn you what to look for in stocks to avoid this poison. I refer to Mark Littlewood's headline talk on this matter at Gold & Bears in three weeks time.

My father is at Church and the the pub and so I am able to record a quick podcast covering three themes. First the snearing and dying deadwood press - something prompted by THIS. Then interest rates. And then Wandisco. For more on Wandisco, as mentioned in the bearcast, Investor Show magazine out this weekend HERE

A podcast extra today on the Modus Operandi of China frauds, on a trading statement from China Chaintek (CTEK) that simply does not make sense and serious questions for Daniel Stewart and Mr Paul Shackleton who signed off on this bollocks. I also cover Naibu ( another Shackleton "verified" fraud and Jiasen which also announced a load of cobblers today. Reminder for investors in Chaintek and Naibu the clock is ticking. Shackleton you are now a marked man , the Sheriff is on your case.
