The cash was lent in early 2024 and was first due for repayment more than a year ago. But numerous revised deadlines have been missed and now the deadline has again been extended from today to January 31. As Trans has no cash and is insolvent to the tune of more than £4.5 million it will clearly never pay. Meanwhile the brown envelope man is working on his accounts or the year to June 30th.
