Wandisco – the $1 billion AIM fraud updates us all on independent whitewash, oops I mean investigation

I guess we will have to wait for the FCA enquiry as the internally driven enquiry by FRP Advisory does not address the key issues at Wandisco (WAND), until recently a $1 billion Unicorn. It appears to be a whitewash.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Double Blow Job for Woodford in Sunday Times, Neil you are not "Britain's Buffett"

The real fear Neil Woodford has is redemptions. The sleazey scoops for blow job articles deals in today's Sunday Times cannot hide that. Concha - call me old fashioned but its latest acquisition is insane

Concha (CHA) has finally done a deal. Chris Akers can call me an old fart who does not understand the world of new media and he may well be right but what he has done appears insane.

Concha has paid £4 million for a 0.43% stake in Ve Interactive Ltd a new media "unicorn" This is not new cash for new shares but shares bought from the founders. The price paid per share (£250) is the same as the last funding round so Concha can claim its decision is validated by VCs.
