Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: three strong reasons to sell Eqtec

I discuss the trip yesterday from one hovel to another. The it is onto Audioboom (BOOM), musicMagpie (MMAG), 2 more sector specific big lessons to learn from the AIM demise of W Resources (WRES), the use of language and what McColls (MCLS) said today and finally three big reasons to sell the hell out of green shite PI darling Eqtec (ETQ).

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the greed of Piggy Austin is just not acceptable

I start with a few thoughts on a visit this morning to the post industrial wastelands of Salford. Gosh it was grim.  Then a schoolboy error on Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) but it only makes the case  for filling your boots stronger. No, I have not got a scooby about why Bluebird (BMV) shares are up but I speculated and put together a few pieces of the jigsaw.  I look at W Resources (WRES) but would not touch it with a bargepole and then discuss the wholly unacceptable greed of Andrew “piggy” Austin at Kistos (KIST)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: An ethical fight as I Prepare for a day of nappy changing

On the agenda today, I start with a twitter spat with Hugo Rifkind a man who is where he is today thanks to who is Daddy is not his innate lack of talent and who is tweeting nonsense about a matter he has no experience of. After that thrill there is news on UK Investor Show, nappy changing, the ethical dimension in investing in pharma companies, Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), W Resources (WRES),Domino's Pizza (DOM) and a discussion about residential property and non resident speculators.

W Resources - the 8 day pump and dump: just what happened here?

On the evening of 2nd March W Resources (WRES) presented to a group of investors in London with the shares having closed that evening at 0.6p. In the eight days that followed the company issued not one but two ramptastic pieces of good news yet the shares slipped back steadily. They closed last night at just 0.47p.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 November - sticking it to the bastards at Canaccord

On Guy Fawkes night I reflect on the horrors of this day. Then news from ECR Minerals (ECR) and W Resources (WRES) prompts me to look at the mining sector in general. Then it is onto Amec Foster Wheeler (AMFW) and my thoughts on oil, oil shares, the oil price and oil services companies. Then to the dismal numbers from Canaccord Genuity (CF.) - what it says about the whole sector but also its company specific issues. Finally I take a swipe at Range Resurces (RRL)
