On 25 September Hamak Strategy (HAMA) CEO Nick Thurlow told mug punters in an investor meeting that his company was fully funded for 12 months. With negative net current assets that was clearly disingenuous, either Hamak had to sell some of its 20 bitcoin or it needed to issue shares. Today it has announced not one but two death spirals! Nuburu (US:BURU) filed its 10Q for the six months ended 30 June 2025 last night. The income statement for the 3 months showed a net loss of $12.2 million on zero revenue. Much of the loss related to the loss recognised on entering into various expensive convertible loan note and financing instruments. The loss for the six months to 30 June 2025 was a stonking $21.5 million.

The latest SEC filings for Nuburu (US:BURU) show that it finalised the two Prospectuses on 31 July 2025 to issue 20 million shares to Yorkville and 40.7 million shares to various loan notes providers. There shouldn’t be any barriers to Nuburu now starting to sell shares to Yorkville and pay Supply@Me Capital (SYME) the $1.7 million it owes.

In its RNS of 2 July, the insolvent fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) announced the payment of $300,000 from the insolvent fraud Nuburu (US:BURU) that was overdue and announced a revised schedule of funding from Nuburu of which $1,200,000 was due on or before 15 July.

Yesterday Frontera Resources (FRR) received a second lawyers letter from convertible loan note provider Yorkville in regard to the $2.65 million outstanding debt on which it is now in default. The letter accused Frontera of lying to investors. Frontera has not disclosed that letter, or its contents nor has it repaid the sums due to Yorkville Instead it has issued another RNS which is simply misleading. It is doubling down on lying and apparently Nomad cairn is fine with that?

In the end the chaps at Nomad Cairn walked from Cloudtag (CTAG) when it was clear that it was a fraud run by liars. Frontera Resources (FRR) is a shit show run by liars and a fallout with death spiral provider Yorkville (YA) today could be the final straw for Cairn – might it resign leaving the (worthless) shares suspended? Or will Frontera just go bust?

I wonder how the whore blogger, Fat Bastard himself, Mr Malcolm Graham Wood will explain this away as good news. After all that is what Frontera (FRR) pay him for. In essence Frontera has no cash, is burning cash and had to repay $2.891 million to death spiral provider Yorkville on 16 June. Problemo!
