On 26 June at the AGM of Union Jack Oil (UJO) , which I shall be attending waving a proxy paper, the three surviving troughers ( David Bramhill, Joe O’Farrell & Zac Philips) will be voted off the board and new boss Craig Howie will immediately terminate the £120,000 consultancy agreements of poodle Philips and snivelling coward and current NED Graham Bull. In that light the company, which claimed to have cash of c£1.5 million at December 31 2025 has just announced that it has taken out a £1 million loan from Egdon Resources. WTF?

Snivelling, cowardly Graham Bull has today resigned as a NED from Union Jack Oil (UJO) while still troughing it as a consultant to the company, blaming my hurty words for his decision. In doing so he avoids being voted off the board at the AGM, which I am attending as a proxy, on 26 June in Bristol. At that AGM his fellow troughers David Bramhill, Joe O’Farrell and Zac Phillips will almost certainly be voted off. However…
