Belluscura: there’s no fool like a BB fool, statement issued, too little too late

Shares in Belluscura (BELL) have more than doubled since the weekend and finally the clowns at AIM Regulation, the original Oxymorons, have forced a statement.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Argo's back but surely it is bust

I am Mr Toad back on the Road, how exciting!. The I look at Wishbone Gold (WSBN) where disgraced Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy and Hot Rocks has outspivved me, Pri0r1ty (PR1), a second blow for Dave Lenigas today, Belluscura (BELL), Upland Resources (UPL) and Argo Blockchain (ARB).

Belluscura: the most dreaded words in the financial dictionary “strategic review”

Not only does it finally admit that it looks to be utterly screwed financially but Belluscura (BELL) has abandoned the “blame bad Orange man” excuse, it says Trump’s tariffs will have no effect on its business. But it is in such a hole that it has instituted a “strategic review” which is almost always a precursor to a grisly corporate demise.

GOTCHA! Belluscura: CFO walks, where on earth has all the cash gone?

Natch, Belluscura (BELL) makes positive noises about current sales in an RNS today. But a 20% US tariff on most of its product is surely going to screw it on margin as, in a competitive market it will have to swallow some of the cost. The CFO is leaving on May 2 to take up another job which, just over 2 months after a bailout placing is not a good sign. But it is the cash number that should horrify anyone who was foolish enough to take part in that placing.

Who says that it's "best-in-class"? A lesson on basic research from Evil Banksta

Liverpool’s greatest numbers man since Ken Dodd is still celebrating the 2p bailout placing at Belluscura (BELL). Not only has Adan Reynolds yet again made Evil Banksta even richer but it shows, once again, how jolly clever he is With Belluscura, all Banksta needed to do was look at its financials and the type of debt it was forced to take on board, invoice discounting, and it was certain that a placing was coming. But there was an even bigger smoking gun which clever clogs spotted.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 3: Why Vela should be wound up

I start with reflection on admitting to yourself that you have got it wrong on a share, ref Belluscura (BELL) and Jubilee Metals (JLP). The it is onto Vela (VELA), its rogue advisors, devout director and sheer pointlessness as a company.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast No 1: more ballet tickets for Evil Banksta, Ouzo for the Sheriff as 2 pals of his bow out, GOTCHA Belluscura!

Oh dear, oh dear as disgraced ex tipster old mother Mike Walters would say as yet another of his disastrous tips went horribly wrong. In this podcast I discuss Belluscura (BELL), the sort of POS Walters would have tipped and also where we stand now with Nigel Wray, Adam Reynolds and David Pountney. For me, surely, even Magna Carta ( chairman of the chatroom gerbil, Winnifrith Derangement Syndrome society), must concede a double triumph?

Belluscura shares now hit new all time low: what is the bad news that dare not speak its name?

I do not wish my new best mate Adam Reynolds any grief but Belluscura (BELL), a company he chairs, is in trouble and needs to ‘fess up. It is only not already gigging with the Fat Lady because it secured $4m of invoice discounting loan shark rate debt in the Autumn. But, with the shares today hitting a new all time low of 6.25p, there needs to be a ‘fess up. Is it:

Has Adam Reynolds got one more present from Belluscura for Evil Banksta before Christmas?

Evil Banksta keeps sending me pictures of the enormous City Christmas lunches which he attends on a daily basis. At this rate his girth will soon be surpassing that of London’s worst Nomad, Roland “fatty” Cornish. But will his New Year fine dining be subsidized, yet again, by Adam Reynolds and Belluscura (BELL), the gift that never stops giving to short sellers?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Why the FCA should have a butchers at Ceres Power

Before turning my attention to Daphne du Maurier and underpants I say a few words about betting on the US election where, as I predicted, The Donald is now a racing cert for the GOP Nomination and, I reckon, favourite to win the General. Then it is on to Ceres Power (CWR), Tern (TERN), Zoo Digital (ZOO), Genflow Biosciences (GENF), Verditek (VDTK), Belluscura (BELL) and Centamin (CEY).

Back from watching men prancing in tights, Liverpool’s greatest numbers man since Ken Dodd has further thoughts on Belluscura

After his night out on the town funded by Adam Reynolds, Evil Banksta says he has had further thoughts on Belluscura (BELL) after his initial thoughts on Friday. He flagged this in the comments section but it merits a wider audience. The great one writes:

GOTCHA: Belluscura has to revise TMT offer again

As flagged up HERE yesterday, the maths just did not stack up. And thus for the second time Adam Reynolds chaired Belluscura (BELL) has had to revise its all-share offer for cash shell TMT Acquisitions (TMT). First it was 15 shares for every 22, then it was 3 for 4 and today it is a straight 1 for 1. I am glad that Nigel Wray et al have done the decent thing but how do the maths now stack up? And actually is it still a good deal?

BREAKING: Tom Winnifrith & Evil Banksta: Belluscura, TMT Acquisitions, Nigel Wray and Dowgate

Nigel Wray attended my most recent wedding almost ten and a half years ago and he is my friend. Or I really hope that he still is. I do not wish that to change but the optics of the proposed takeover by Belluscura (BELL) of TMT Acquisitions (TMTA) now look terrible for him and he should insist that it be renegotiated. I flagged this up in Bearcast yesterday but I now dig deeper and bring in comment from Evil Banksta who is short of Belluscura.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Honestly do you know who social media influencer Jessica Wright is?

Apparently she has one and a half million followers. Anyhow I explain who she is and why this affects or does not affect Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX). Then it is onto Eden Research (EDEN), it is always the coverup that gets ‘em. Then BlueJay Mining (JAY), sounding out periods and was there forward selling? Finally a long look at Belluscura (BELL) and TMT Aquisitions (TMTA).The deal really stinks and should be called off which would utterly fuck Belluscura. Finally I am off to open an extra account at Barclays (BARC) -I already run 3 – for the reasons you can see below..

SLAM DUNK SHORT: Belluscura – bailout placing looms to stop a gig with the Fat Lady within weeks

Some folks are fooled as to the rate of cashburn at Belluscura (BELL) by the way that – for reasons that are inexplicable to me – it capitalises so many costs. Put simply the states losses massively under-represent the horrific cashburn. Do the maths and even Stevie Wonder can see that the company is running on vapours and unless there is a material, so no doubt massively discounted, fund raise within weeks the Fat Lady will have another AIM listed gig.

TEK Capital - another Chronic Investor cock-up and a valuation that looks exceedingly full

TEKCapital (TEK) is on a roll. Its 15.1% stake in May AIM IPO Belluscura (BELL) has surged in value to be worth £15 million and to top it off Simon Thompson of the Investors Chronicle — in the past a great cheerleader for AIM listed China frauds — tipped the stock on Friday. But it seems Simon got his sums a bit wrong.
