But it is in such a hole that it has instituted a “strategic review” which is almost always a precursor to a grisly corporate demise.

Natch, Belluscura (BELL) makes positive noises about current sales in an RNS today. But a 20% US tariff on most of its product is surely going to screw it on margin as, in a competitive market it will have to swallow some of the cost. The CFO is leaving on May 2 to take up another job which, just over 2 months after a bailout placing is not a good sign. But it is the cash number that should horrify anyone who was foolish enough to take part in that placing.

Not only has Adan Reynolds yet again made Evil Banksta even richer but it shows, once again, how jolly clever he is With Belluscura, all Banksta needed to do was look at its financials and the type of debt it was forced to take on board, invoice discounting, and it was certain that a placing was coming. As flagged up HERE yesterday, the maths just did not stack up. And thus for the second time Adam Reynolds chaired Belluscura (BELL) has had to revise its all-share offer for cash shell TMT Acquisitions (TMT). First it was 15 shares for every 22, then it was 3 for 4 and today it is a straight 1 for 1. I am glad that Nigel Wray et al have done the decent thing but how do the maths now stack up? And actually is it still a good deal?

Nigel Wray attended my most recent wedding almost ten and a half years ago and he is my friend. Or I really hope that he still is. I do not wish that to change but the optics of the proposed takeover by Belluscura (BELL) of TMT Acquisitions (TMTA) now look terrible for him and he should insist that it be renegotiated. I flagged this up in Bearcast yesterday but I now dig deeper and bring in comment from Evil Banksta who is short of Belluscura.

Some folks are fooled as to the rate of cashburn at Belluscura (BELL) by the way that – for reasons that are inexplicable to me – it capitalises so many costs. Put simply the states losses massively under-represent the horrific cashburn. Do the maths and even Stevie Wonder can see that the company is running on vapours and unless there is a material, so no doubt massively discounted, fund raise within weeks the Fat Lady will have another AIM listed gig.

TEKCapital (TEK) is on a roll. Its 15.1% stake in May AIM IPO Belluscura (BELL) has surged in value to be worth £15 million and to top it off Simon Thompson of the Investors Chronicle — in the past a great cheerleader for AIM listed China frauds — tipped the stock on Friday. But it seems Simon got his sums a bit wrong.
