Today’s results from Tiger Alpha (TIR) are a gift that keeps on giving. Part 1 of my expose was shocking enough, the Bixby acquisition bezzle is revolting, but now let’s look at the actual numbers and what they show.

On 20 December 2024 Tiger Royalties and Investments Plc (TIR) as Tiger Alpha was then called announced the acquisition of Bixby Technology along with a subscription by the vendor then subscribing for shares in the same amount. Today that was revealed as a bezzle, a dodgy golden hello.

In my article EXPOSE: £250m raised but Cult Wines Limited is corked » ShareProphets, my financial analysis of Cult Wines accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 showed a loss making and technically insolvent company which had net liabilities of £21.6 million in deep financial trouble. It is getting worse.

Oh dear, oh dear. Over at companies house new filings emerge which show that a long list of folks including Zak Mir, Harvey Weinstein’s goon Seth Freedman, Barings’ Nick Leeson, Meg Short at Bloomberg, paid promoters like Sunday Roast and Stockbox and City enablers like Cairn Financial and broker Oberon owe me a very big apology. Will I get that apology?

Yesterday I outlined in bearcast how BSF Enterprise (BSFA) had served up not 1 but 4 well dodgy attempted or actual financings in the past year which the FCA should be all over. I have dropped my FCA contact a note on that already after the latest total scam from the Cayman Islands. Today we have another utter horror story.

There have been two disciplinary notices snuck out by the AQSE Regulation team in the past week. And each of them makes me despair of the clown show. The first was snuck out after hours at no-one is watching O’Clock last Friday although it is dated as being a sanction on March 9.

I feel utterly depressed for two reasons and made some progress in talking to the Mrs about retirement and emigration. Then it is onto Quantum Energy (QED) and the BSF Enterprises (BSFA) proposed share bezzle and the FCA read across to a David Lenigas enterprise. Then Quantum Blockchain (QBD) and finally Iran, the oil and gold prices and BP (BP.) where I ponder my investment again.

Yesterday the insolvent US fraud Nuburu (US:BURU) run by Alessandro Zamboni of Supply@ME Capital (SYME) infamy issued a Notice to Shareholders for a Special Meeting of Stockholders to be held on 12 March 2026. It is a warning that a tsunami of worthless confetti is in the way.

It was April 7 2025 when I warned folks that wine investment company Cult Wines was an avoid at all costs bezzle. Of course, regulators have done nothing about it and so more good money has been lost by British mug punters looking for bonanza returns from fine wines. But now new red flags are fluttering.

As Amazing AI (AAI) today departs the AQSE lobster pot with its shares, listed at 80p just two years ago, having been suspended at 0.27p, I look back on all the articles I have published about a bezzle run by a man who tweeted that he wished my mother had killed herself earlier. In order of descending popularity...enjoy.

I must not be too rude about Liverpuddlian ponzi The 79th Group lest Evil Banksta gets on the trombone to accuse me of racial discrimination, insisting that all his fellow scousers are, like Ken Dodd, purer than the driven snow and as honest as they come. But the revelations about the £200 million bezzle the 79th Group, now in administration, just get more shocking.

On Tuesday morning I flagged up glaring red flags in the Monday announcement from the bezzle Regtech Open (RTOP) that Alessandro Zamboni’s Avant Garde had transferred 250,000 warrants “to settle a debt”. A corrective RNS duly followed. Gotcha! But the transaction still makes no sense.

Yesterday I revealed that the proposed RTO of Cell Therapy into Ashington Innovations (ASHI) with a £135 million valuation was a total joke. Cell will be insolvent even if it raises £3 million in the RTO, its sole director is a struck off dentist and it is mired in scandal. I have written to broker SI Capital urging it to walk away but clearly its desire for coke and hookers money counts more than its reputation. So now to the FCA which can and should stop this bezzle.

The Times has got hold of papers relating to the £134.6 million breach of contract claim made by the Government against Novacyt (NCYT), we reported here back in April, and this really looks as if it could bankrupt the company, currently sitting on c£90 million of cash. It also begs even more questions for ex CEO Graham Mullis who, if the Government is correct should be in jail for a £9 million bezzle not running Aquis listed Love Hemp (LIFE).

Appbox Media is the sister company of One True View and has stolen around £15 million of investors money with the FCA standing idly by ignoring this massive boiler room scam in the heart of the City. But while One True View is reinventing itself to steal more cash as revealed yesterday HERE, Appbox has filed for insolvency. But patsy director Amanda Hussey, the rather simple “fall guy” for the mastermind of this £50 million bezzle Polat Hassan, has now told a £5.4 million lie under oath. She urgently needs to get legal advice before Polat lands her in even more trouble than she is already in.

I start on the usual subject. Please do donate HERE. Then I discuss a bull market and the bezzle and recent deals that are simply corrupt or wrong or deceptive. The case studies are Live Company (LVCG), Iconic (ICON) and Powerhouse (PHE). Anyone spending 20 minutes on the internet can see for themselves. Only in a raging bull market could folks think they would get away with such nonsense. I comment on the crisis at Bidstack (BIDS) and then analyse today’s trading statement from ADVFN (AFN) and what it means for the battle for the board.
