Having sold millions of pounds worth of shares himself at almost £8 as he urged others to buy, pushing ramptastic broker notes out for everyone to see, the ruin he left is today fully exposed. But Williams has made £15 million from this wheeze so he's happy.

I suggest the reason in this podcast and call for a wider AIM Casino rule change on Nomad resignations. Then it is on to 2 CEO resignations. Avanti is toast but I run through the red flags pertaining to Williams himself and ask a question about his payoff for failure. As for Redcentric (RCN) can I claim this as a scalp? Frazer Fisher must have known about the mega payroll fraud of March 31 2016 as I revealed HERE. Yet he trousered a big 2016 bonus and sold stacks of shares just after publishing the 2016 number which he KNEW WERE CROOK. This departure is to avoid him being in situe when the FCA, FRC and SFO announce their findings. Actually can the Sheriff claim a scalp on the bombastic prick Williams too? I got the FRC to pan his company and exposed all sorts of Avanti red flags and naughtiness. Two scalps in a day - ouzo time?

Employer of convicted felon, the cop mugger champagne Charlie Gibson, investment prostitutes Edison will publish bullish research notes and interviews with any company as long as they dip into their shareholders' funds. The interview with the bombastic prick David Williams who earns a seven figure wedge for running Avanti Communications (AVN) into the ground last summer ( see HERE) was a classic of its genre. Today Edison has published a note saying Avanti shares are worth 109p. The market thinks the report is worthless bog-paper and the shares are down by almost 10% at just 14.875p.

Hang on Henry, what on earth is David Williams, the most bombastic CEO on AIM up to?

Oh dear. Last Autumn the big ramp from supporters of Avanti Communications (AVN) was that it would sign a major deal with Facebook to provide internet in Africa. It was even suggested that facebook might bid for the AIM listed company with the most bombastic CEO on this planet, Mr David Williams. Oh dear. It ain’t going to happen.

Naturally I am delighted to see bombastic uber-Welsh Avanti Communications (AVN) boss David Williams have to eat humble pie and serve up a profits warning on Friday. But what the statement says and what it does not say is just terribly confusing. I start on June 13th when Avanti stated:
“Avanti confirms that trading for the Full Year to June 30th 2014 is in line with expectations.”
