Snivelling, cowardly Graham Bull has today resigned as a NED from Union Jack Oil (UJO) while still troughing it as a consultant to the company, blaming my hurty words for his decision. In doing so he avoids being voted off the board at the AGM, which I am attending as a proxy, on 26 June in Bristol. At that AGM his fellow troughers David Bramhill, Joe O’Farrell and Zac Phillips will almost certainly be voted off. However…

Unbelievably, and with AIM Regulation made aware by myself of the claim revealed HERE yesterday which could sink Jade Road Investments (JADE) there is no RNS from the company. Cowardly nomad Zeus and colourful chairman John Croft of Fusionex infamy are not returning calls. But Helix, lawyer to the claimant has been more forthcoming.
