I have been a perma bear of AIM Casino listed Jonathan Bixby spoof AI cum crypto dog Sundae Bar (SBRA) since it joined the AIM Casino c/o London’s worst Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish and both the share price performance and today’s utterly dismal and misleading interims vindicate that. Amazingly, at 4.4p, this piece of merde is still capitalised at £19 million. The shares could fall 75% and still be expensive.

Instead of, as it promised in an RNS, accepting a coupon of dollars from Quoruym Global Photonics the startup from the caymans set up by a man whose business associate and Dad is a convicted ponzi fraudster, Valereum (VLRM) says it is accepting new gold backed crypto tokens created by QGP, VGOLD.

Crazy Colette Quinn will, like the Valereum (VLRM) share price, be in meltdown on belated news today that Quorium Global Photonics has defaulted on its quarterly coupon of $3.95 million due on Sunday. Yes the 2025 start up created by a man, Stephen Fathers, who co-runs another company with his ponzi fraudster convicted dad and which has a $200 website, has not paid. Who would have thought?

With every day comes a new pronouncement from Michael Saylor, the charlatan behind the Strategy (US:MSTR) ponzi which indicates that he is going completely mad. The problem is that he has been the biggest cheerleader for crypto and his heavily indebted firm owns 3% of the world’s bitcoin. When it explodes not only will it be a forced sellers but a stack of over-leveraged believers will also enjoy a red pill moment and sell too.

Okay Nouriel Roubini is a lefty and prone to making big bearish calls. But the celebrated economist is not always wrong and his latest words on bitcoin are worth considering before you “buy the dip” and discover you’ve caught a falling knife.

Sell all your crypto and switch not into fiat but real gold. That is the message from Peter Schiff. Okay, the great man has been saying the same thing for years but in the video below he explains why 2026 will be THE YEAR. Enjoy!

I have written to the FCA CEO Nikhil Rathi prompted by yesterday’s disastrous results from London Bitcoin Company (BTC) which must now be selling its bitcoin to pay fiat bills but is not admitting to it.

Comrade Richard Poulden is no longer involved with Valereum (VLRM) the AQSE listed dog that he, his bromantic partner Dave Lenigas and brown envelope man Zak Mir pumped with claims of a 100p or 200p valuation. Investors who bought into that pump did their conkers and the shares are now 4.375p with a new band of scholars and gentlemen on board, lead by CEO Gary Cottle.

During the past 24 hours the price of a range of cryptocurrencies including bitcoin and Ethereum has tumbled sharply. Bitcoin itself is now back below $110,000 having been $125,000 just a couple of weeks ago. Yet folks like my pal Dominic Frisby still insist that it is a store of value when compared to fiat. Can the bulls explain one thing to a silly old dinosaur like myself?

I know that my pal Dominic Frisby whose latest video below is a funny take on the weakness of fiat, regards bitcoin as the way forward. But am I alone in finding the dark purposes it is used for, the vast amounts of power crypto sucks up and the sheer scale of the frauds and bezzles in the industry a tad off putting? In the end I am sure that Gresham’s Law will do for crypto. Pro tem $63 million of crypto believer’s fiat has gone up in smoke with yet another fraud

One argument pushed by grifters like Andrew Webley of The Smarter Web Company is that the inability of retail punters to buy crypto ETNs ( Exchange Traded Notes) meant that bitcoin in treasury companies had a USP. But the FCA says that is going to change. And that surely makes Smarter Web and its peers pointless.

Having survived a wildlife diversity scare I arrived back at the Greek Hovel last night to answer emails and then to deal with a bonkers twitter barrage from what appear to be promoters of bitcoin and bitcoin in treasury investments, that is say industry professionals.

The shares are racing ahead today on news that a new bitcoin spoofer has joined the board as a NED. Henry Elder may be a jolly fine chap but shares in Tao Alpha (SATS) soon to be renamed Satsuma Technology, are now almost 10p. This is insane.

As it moved to the AQSE lobster pot to the Main market at 21p in January of this year, Dave Lenigas shitcoin play Vinanz (BTC), insisted that it was funded for a year. By May it had taken out a $4 million death spiral and now it has raised £3.579 million at 13.75p in a subscription and WRAP retail offer. Hopping on board to join the ramp, PR genius Stephi, now a self-styled crypto guru makes a statement that may or may not be true.

The great lie pushed by those supporters of bitcoin and other crypto currencies was that supply of bitcoin was limited by the halving formula. So, we were assured that while promoters of shares or funds or any other asset would always match demand with new supply, bitcoin was different. Of course, that was just misleading.

Writer, Robert Moriarty, is a cheerful bear. He discusses the capital destruction that has occurred within both the cryptocurrency and stock markets. He believes crypto is analogous to beanie babies, due to the number of different currencies.

One of the reasons that I have always perceived crypto as a bubble is that its promoters spout goobledygook which is clearly designed to deceive and befuddle rather than to enlighten investors. Maybe one of our in house loons (calling Jimbo!) can translate the sentence below into understandable English. Good luck all.

It is always the way with market collapses. Those who bought on margin, or used tertiary financiers offering seemingly spectacular returns find that, when the tide goes out, they are exposed as wearing no trunks. That fuels further falls, as speculative air is forced out of the system.

Analyst, Gareth Soloway, believes Bitcoin will survive – and thrive – but it’s likely to correct further, as there remains irrational exuberance in the crypto space. He argues that the current pattern is more likely to break down.

This is the company that lied in its very first RNS on December 30 2020, claiming to have raised £600,000 for its IPO when, in fact the money did not arrive until January when “investors” had been able to flip their shares to raise the cash for the placement. Between then and now it had boasted of utterly spurious crypto and NFT deals then, one suspects under FCA pressure, reverted to its prospectus gameplan of trying to do an RTO in oil. But now another lie.

David Lenigas is to ramptastic tweeting what Colin Bird is to pre placing pumps. He just cannot help himself. Today’s special is a picture of two men in late middle age standing in a tax haven shaking hands. Apparently this is very significant for Aquis lobster pot listed Valereum (VLRM), the crypto play pumped to 80p three months ago as the shameless chartist turned penny share stock promoter Zak Mir called it up to £2, That helped it get away a £1 million placing at 70p. Its shares now trade at 29p but even that is still a staggering 20 times net assets for this loss making business. Maybe three men could shake hands tomorrow in some tax dodging location and that would be even more significant, eh Dave?
