Strawberries, raspberries, loganberries, dessert gooseberries and blackcurrants all from plants or bushes I planted on what was once an overgrown jungle came together in the first summer pudding of the year and it tasted as good as it looks.

I have a stack of dessert gooseberries. I know they should be in a fruit salad but I can't buy into that so want to put them into a crumble but with what? I seek answers from any gourmands or gourmets who are listening. Then I look at Alba (ALBA) in detail, its placing ahoy!
