I discuss this and then onto another area where there are a lot of “experts” who all talk their own book and it is the same one. I discuss house prices, volumes and stocks who I reckon will have a bad time includfing Purplebricks (PURP) which I expect to go bust in 2024, or possibly sooner

Only 21% of the population want to rejoin the EU according to the most recent YouGov poll.Even most of those who voted remain now want to stay out with only 41% of that group diehard remoaners. But the media elites know better than we dirty plebs so just because we are the majority our views, like facts, don’t really matter.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: from Jewish Vlachs to Avanti Coms - a business that can never ever work so is toast

I answer an email from a reader who reckons the Vlachs, (world's greatest living expert, or so he says, Dr TJ Winnifrith), are really Jews and that opens up a wider issue of Jewish settlements in Greece. Then the main issue of the podcast, why Avanti Communications (AVN) will go to Zero? Quite simply its business model is flawed. There are other red flags to consider but I strike at the crux of the matter.
