Wishbone Gold Placing - not in the script at all

I apologise to one and all over Wishbone Gold (WSBN) which has today completed a £600,000 placing at just 0.75p with broker Belfort Securities handing out shares to spiv bucket shop flippers. This was not on the script and I cannot recommend a purchase of the shares at 1.15p-1.2p. That the shares are up a tad today but fell in the run up to his placing tells you everything you need to know about forward selling on the AIM casino, especially when the broker is Belfort.

Magnolia Petroleum - another dose of horseshit with added toppings of more horseshit

Yesterday Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP) managed to raise £250,000 to keep the lights on in a massively discounted placing. Today it has served up an operating update. Why not the other way round or was this needed to try and spoof buyers so that the spiv share flippers could sell?. It is not working as this update was ramptastic horseshit.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast special - the delightful symmetry of Andalas & LGO Energy

There is so much delightful (for we bears) symmetry between LGO Energy (LGO) and Andalas (ADL) as both sink to a level where flippers in the recent placings must now take a loss. Right down to the CEOs both having facial hairs. It is uncanny and the subject of this podcast which also makes general points about stocks where the share price dips below a placing price in short order. It is all about human psychology.

Lenigas Cuba: The Fat Aussie share Ramper Big Dave Doth Protest too much

The Lenigas Cuba IPO is going to be a car crash on Monday. We know that a number of the 2p flippers want out on day one and it will be beer and popcorn time as they struggle to sell on the illiquid ISDX tertiary market. But fat Aussie Share Ramper David "I just love the smell of newly issued confetti in the morning" Lenigas is going down fighting and has upped the twitter abuse after I flagged up this looming disaster HERE. Big Dave tweets:

Auhua - what a bunch of cocksuckers - crony capitalists foiled by The Sheriff of AIM

Earlier today I revealed in yet another scoop that POS China AIM listed company Auhua (ACE) was planning a placing at just 4p when its shares were trading at 13-15p. The discount told you everything. Broker WH Ireland knows this is just a shite investment and the only folks who will support it are flippers. And now Auhua has fessed up - the Sheriff was right. Yet again. Auhua states:

Tangiers Petroleum – Another Kick in the Gonads for Investors?

Even certain advisors to AIM and ASX listed Tangiers Petroleum (TPET) have started to call The Sheriff of Aim to express their concern as to the way it communicates with investors. Well hang on fellas, are your long suffering UK stockholders on the AIM Cesspit about to get another kick in the Gonads?

Tangiers, you will remember placed stock with flippers and other City spivs at a discount to what mug punters were paying just a few days ago on 13 May – it raised $5 million. Its next trick was to promote an article via an ASX release by a tipsheet which made up bogus facts in a classic rampathon. Natch, many private investors rushed in overpaying for this POS stock as the shares raced ahead.  In promoting an article packed full of lies, Tangiers disgraced itself.

Legendary Investments Announces Successful Placing but talks bollocks

AIM Cesspit listed Legendary Investments (LEG) has today issued a release headlined “successful placing”. How does it define success? Meanwhile , how I define “talking complete and utter bollocks?”

Legendary has raised £900,000 at 0.11p with “a range of institutional and private investors” In plain English that means bucket shops and other flippers. The chances of one finding that Fidelity, Black Rock and Berkshire Hathaway have joined the shareholder register are somewhat slim.
