He recently penned an article on money as a gold substitute where he defines the meaning of sound and hard monies. Money needs to be predictable in what it measures and have a predictable supply. Debt substitutes and paper promises become problematic over time, and the entire system becomes unbalanced. These imbalances cause price and supply disruptions across sectors, including commodities like mining.

His column is golden prose, a joy to read. we agree on the coronavirus and the Government’s appalling response. Luke Johnson is in the same camp and I quote from his Sunday Times column reflecting on where my animal spirit sits as a consumer, an investor and an entrepreneur. Where, I ask, do you sit dear listeners? I sense, in many cases they have been crushed and thus what lies ahead is a recession of the sort few of us have ever seen before.

The management of Highlands Natural Resources (HNR), notably Paul Mendell, still refuses to answer serious questions about their CVs or about RNS Statements made by Highlands that are simply not true and that silence should make any sane speculator run a mile. Meanwhile it continues with the pretence that it has found an institutional investor who should by now own 30% of the company but in fact owns no shares. Confused? Let me explain.

I showed quite clearly yesterday that the latest investor presentation given by Neil Ritson, the hapless CEO of LGO Energy (TOAST) was misleading. Now I move on to show that this is not a one-off, this company - whose shares are worth 0p - has serious "form."
