Urban Logistics REIT – “possible offer” means another winner on which to bank gains

We recommended shares in Urban Logistics REIT (SHED), describing itself as “the only London-listed REIT to focus on specialist last mile/last touch logistics assets”, just in March at a 115.6p offer price, concluding that with an “above 25% discount to the noted net tangible assets and a now-improving interest rate environment and a favourable demand/supply mismatch for the type of space the company specialises in, we see 20%+ share price upside here and that dividend whilst waiting. Therefore, at up to 117.5p, a value and income Buy”. What about now a “possible offer” that “it would be minded to recommend” and the shares up to comfortably above 140p to sell?

Afriag - More questions for Paul de Robillard - tell us about the criminal investigation into Doltek Enterprises

We have already seen that when Lonrho ( then chairman Jabba The Hutt) subsidiary Rollex was caught tobacco smuggling, it said that the company was blameless but this was merely PA activity by Paul de Robillard (HERE). Notwithstanding this David Lenigas vehicle Afriag's (AFRI) biggest investment is a 40% stake in another Robillard company (Afriag SA) involved in logistics. But here's a third Robillard company, Doltek.
