Venus has sold every singly Supply share it has been given - proof for the morons

There are still some morons out there who reckon that mysterious offshore death spiral provider Venus is an actual investor in the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) shares. They are encouraged in this delusion by the company but the reality is that Venus uses ramptastic and fanciful RNS’s from Supply to forward sell shares onto the morons and then converts loan notes into shares to cover. In other words it always has either a negative or zero position in the stock. You think it is just me saying that? Have a butchers at page 5 of the current prospectus which will allow Supply to issue even more billions of death spiral shares…

BREAKING: Supply@Me Capital and the stinking dodgy offshore share dump to Holiday

On 6 July 2021 the fraud Supply@ME Capital (SYME) announced the completion of its acquisition of the loss making sub scale asset manager Tradeflow Capital Management and the RNS included the following text:

Letter to FCA: Net Zero Infrastructure and the missing TR1s

Standard Listed green shite investment company Net Zero Infrastructure (NZI) still refuses to say who is behind shady, offshore based HK360 Limited. This refusal to be transparent is all the more critical because there are very clearly some missing TR1s which would reveal who dumped into the pump. I have written to the FCA as you can see below.

A quick Geography lesson for the crook who runs Supply@ME Capital – Wales is not offshore!

Alessandro Zamboni’s mad followers are desperate for him and his worthless company, Supply@ME Capital (SYME) to sue me for libel. I want him to sue me to as the disclosure process would be a hoot. I really want to say “see you in Court Bitchez” but very wisely, especially after Wednesday’s slam dunk market abuse – Zamboni says he is not going to sue. And his excuse?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: why Frontera could be a zero within days & the old offshore based asset stripper Jim Mellon does his annual spoof

In today's bearcast I explian where I was yesterday afternoon with Joshua. Roaarrrr! Then I look at Condor Gold (CNR), Galantas (GAL), Amur (DOG), Flybe (FLYB), Asiamet (ARS), the spoofing by the loathsome & always wrong CBI and at Frontera Resources (FRR) and why it could be a zero within days.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: on Oxi day why conman, cheat and lying fraudster Darren Winters loves the EU

It is Oxi day here in Greece and I explain the historic context of that which brings me to why the EU has enabled conman Darren Winters to keep cheating the vulnerable and parting them from their money. I then look at Crawshaw (CRAW), Blue Jay Mining (JAY), Great Western Mining (GWMO) which is the ultimate penny dreadful, SalvaRx (SALV) and VR Education (VRE). And I should warn my old pal, the offshore based asset stripper, Jim Mellon that I have more bad news for him over the weekend.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: naughty, naughty Jim Mellon, I WAS watching at no-one is watching O'clock

I start with the announcement late last night from FastFoward Innovations (FFWD) the overvalued investment company run by my good friend the offshore based asset stripper Mr Jim Mellon. I move on to the FRC dealing with Russell McBurnie the disgraced ex FD of RSM Tenon and discuss book cookers, fraudsters. Sam Antar theories and crime and punishment generally. I look at Akers Biosciences (AKR) where book cooking ahead of a placing is alleged, at Zenith (ZEN) and at LPA (LPA) where i would not bottom fish after today's warning for a variety of reasons. Then I note MySquar (FRAUD) is down to 1.15p and I ask John Meyer of SP Angel once more if he will act or is he happy to wash his hands and turn a blind eye to crime. Tonight is a 6 mile training walk and Joshua and I will do two miles this morning. With Gift aid my charity walk on July 28 has now raised almost £10,000. I explain exactly what that means to Woodlarks. If you have not donated, please chip in now with a tenner to get us over £10,000 HERE

Winnileaks: Has Julie Meyer hidden anything from the IRS, HMRC or the administrator in the Cayman Islands?

I am only asking because a new document has arrived at Winnileaks showing the bank balances of Ariadne Capital Partners in the Cayman Islands. Who owns this? Julie "lingerie on expenses" Meyer - as with some Ariadne companies or Julie + mug punters as with others? Has cash or assets been transferred offshore since early 2017 since the rest of Meyer's empire started to implode? I am only asking but am sure that those to whom Meyer owes money and has pleaded poverty such as the IRS, HMRC, three banks and numerous creditors would like to know.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Margaret Hodge MP caught with her trousers down: Offshore dealings, deramping & stock promotion

I start with the latest offshore revelations from the Paradise Papers. Tune into BBC 1 tonight at 9 for more fun. I delight in Margaret Hodge the Labour MP being exposed as an A grade hypocrite on this matter and then point out how it is impossible to stop folks going offshore - the answer is not to deter them with punitive UK tax. I look at Concepta (CPT) - which we own - after today's statement, Purplebricks (PURP)  and shamed FinnCap's latest tech disaster Intercede (IGP) where its certainly placing ahoy. Then I cover the issues of ramping, de-ramping and stock promotion.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the most pointless company on AIM, Torotrak or Starvest

This may be the last bearcast you listen to. I hope not. To ensure you can listen to tommorrow's podcast and read two belting exclusives for just £5.99 sign up HERE. Today cover in detail  sheer pointlessness of Starvest (SVE) & Torotrak (TRK). Both need to do placings both should, like flea bitten ageing hounds in pain, go on a one way trip to the vet. Once again I apologise to my old friend the offshore based asset stripper Jim Mellon for intruding on private grief as I look at another dog he has backed, Billing Services (BILL)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Some basic maths for Andrew Bell and the UK Oil & Gas poltroons

UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) nutter Michael Boyle wants to trap me and report me to the FCA. What a prize poltroon. Andrew Bell has been selling lots of UK Oil & Gas shares but - with millions still on the book - tries to argue that they are cheap. Hmmm. I have a second  maths lesson for my friend Mr Bell following on from this one yesterday. Then it is onto my old friend the offshore based asset stripper Jim Mellon and one of the many dogs in his stable, the related party snakefest that is FastForward (FFWD). Clearly it is placing ahoy as the company has zero cash and grotesque PLC costs but I explain why the shares, at 9.5p, are monstrously overvalued - fair value is sub 5p. Sorry Jim.

Pure Horse Shit from Jim Mellon's FastForward - the shares will continue to tank

FastForward (FFWD) the investment company chaired by my old friend, the offshore based asset stripper Mr Jim Mellon, served up results for the year to 31 March today. Cynical Bear will give them the full workover they merit over the weekend  but I could not give my old pal Jim a completely free pass. The numbers are shite

Condor Gold Nicaragua Court No Show as it bullies peasants opposing La India Mine

Condor Gold (CNR) has still to inform its long suffering investors of the enormous opposition it faces on the ground as it tries to develop the La India gold mine in Nicaragua. Perhaps it is because CEO Mark Child knows that his company is acting like fascist bullyboys in the way they deal with poor local peasants. Child's actions probably impress his offshore based asset stripping millionaire mates but in the wider world the mood is changing and robber capitalism is not so cool any more. So what is overpaid and underperforming Mark not telling you?

Billing Services - another Jim Mellon backed AIM disaster: don't go bottom fishing

Oh dear, this has all the makings of another AIM disaster for my good friend the offshore based asset stripper Jim Mellon. But look on the bright side Jim, you have probably lost far more of your wealth with HK dog Regent Pacific, whose shares continue to tank in an alarming fashion. Anyhow, back to the home grown disaster stories. Shares in Billing Services (BILL) are down again today to 2.875p valuing this company at £8.1 million. that looks awfully generous.
