Satsuma – SMTM, vindicated within 24 hours

Yesterday I suggested that you have a flutter on Satsuma (SATS) shares at 0.21p and indeed I drunk some of my own medicine at 0.208p. The shares are now 0.24p and rising as the brilliance of my call has already become apparent. I am, as you know, a modest chap but in point out how this was free money surely I deserve an ouzo?

Two scumbags on video – did money change hands or are there undeclared shareholdings and a pump and dump planned?

If I asked you to name the two biggest scumbags on the London Smaller Companies scene who would you pick. Actually it is a fair question and perhaps you might wish to put your dastardly duos in the comments section below.  But for starters, my man in the Swiss Alps flags up a video which went out yesterday.

Listed at 39p yesterday by the scumbags at Novum, GenIP now just 26.5p: Evil Banksta weighs in

I flagged up yesterday what a farce GenIP (GNIP), the latest spin off from the Augean stable that is TekCapital (TEK), was and how it would end in tears. Listed at 39p after a fund raise conducted by the low life scumbags at Novum, the shares are now 26.5p, to lose a third of your money on an IPO in just over 24 hours is some feat.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Optibiotix dumping 3.75m of Skin shares on Friday?

I predicted that this was the plan and such a trade went through on the prints late on Friday. Both Optibiotix (OPTI) and Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX) have declined chances I have offered (two for Opti) to deny the trade was as I speculate. So where does this leave shareholders in both companies and the, badly advised by scumbags Cenkos, Steve O’Hara?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: the NFT IPO - when will David Beckham get involved in this opportunistic POS?

I have a few words about the disasters that are Deliveroo (ROO) and Parsley Box (MEAL). Okay the latter is a duff IPO and a disaster in waiting. Then I move onto NFT Investments, an IPO on the way from First Sentinel and the scumbags at Novum Securities. Hold your nose and brace yourself for just how opportunistic this is. I am only half kidding about Becks.

Manolete: attempted PR hit job on ShareProphets as company issues woeful attempted rebuttal of our dossier

Last week I published a detailed dossier on Manolete (MANO) explaining why the shares, then 515p, were worth 80p. Today the company has published an attempted rebuttal which starts with upper class twit PR scumbags Instinctif trying to smear ShareProphets. The shares are off another 15p at 395p.  The PR men may find smearing journalists almost as entertaining as mutual masturbation behind the bike sheds at Eton, but the markets are not convinced. I shall deal witrh that smear in bearcast later. First why the rebutall is so weak.

The Joke valuation that is Bushveld Minerals

I explained some time ago why I thought that the management of Bushveld Minerals (BMN) had treated retail investors with clear contempt and why that made the stock uninvestable. In the short term this can go anywhere, in the long run shares in companies run by scumbags usually head south. I wake up and find that the shares are now 7p and so - with a lot of "assistance" from a great broker we can note.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 19 January Marechale is the laughable ramp de jour & Laughing at Lenigas Cuba

Today's ramp de jour is Marechale (MAC) which I debunk completely. The same rampers were active in Peer TV (PTV) - see earlier -  and Glenwick (GWIK). They are scumbags. I laugh at Lenigas Cuba (CUB) have you seen the latest trade? Then it is onto Environmental Recyclying (ENRT), Octagonal (OCT), LGO Energy (TOAST), Greatland Gold (GGP), STM Group (STM), Phorm (PHRM), Quantum Pharma (QP.), XCite Energy (XEL) and Bahamas Petroleum (BPC), both in my 11 oil stocks to go bust list.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 29 December: Flip Flop Ben Turney, ZincOx, 88E shareholders you are all in frigging denial

I delay breakfast at Tom's Diner in Brooklyn for you dear listeners. I explain the sacrifice I am making.  Then the theme is one of denial as I examine Zincox (ZOX), Sefton Resources (SER) & flip flop Ben Turney and finally 88 Energy (88E). I move onto how one reacts to fair questions and the scumbags at China New Energy (CNEL) and Afriag (AFRI). I look at Asian Citrus (ACH), InternetQ (INTQ) and Mosman (MSMN) - both zeros and eServGlobal (ESG) which is also heading for 0p. There is a final swipe at Rare Earth Minerals (REM) and Jabba The Hutt, Mr David Lenigas.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 2 July - Jiasen pull the other one you frigging Norfolk

What a great day. Lord Michael Howard tightens the noose for Rob Terry and the Quindell (QPP) fraudsters HERE and then China fraud Jiasen says there is no reason for its share price fall. Er...I think we can all think of one can we not? Then on to JQW, China Chaintek and Camkids - watch out fella's the Sheriff is gonna get you. Ditto Phorm which is next up followed by Iofina. there is comment on Premaitha. Then onto how I dont take bribes from companies to write nice things either directly or via UK Investor Show as a Northern slum dweller seems to think. Finally there is an expose of the POS that is CIC Gold and on the scumbags behind it.

And fear not Champagne Charlie Gibson fans, I had not forgotten about you. Just a reminder of why the Edison analyst is a convicted felon HERE and as a bonus a reminder of how it is not only the poor he screws HERE - and a reminder of why I feel the urge to remind you all HERE
