Yesterday Smarter Web Company (SWC) announced with some good grace that it was parting company with its chief bitcoin officer Jesse Myers. The prat hit back late in the day with a long post on X which you can see below. It is now clear that he did not jump but was pushed. Quite right, Myers has cost the company tens of millions of pounds.

On 25 September Hamak Strategy (HAMA) CEO Nick Thurlow told mug punters in an investor meeting that his company was fully funded for 12 months. With negative net current assets that was clearly disingenuous, either Hamak had to sell some of its 20 bitcoin or it needed to issue shares. Today it has announced not one but two death spirals! The spoof valued at more than 1.1 billion pounds on a fully diluted basis has issued a new research report telling us how we must use new methods to see how cheap Smarter shares are as the old ones do not work. It is lie backed nonsense and all involved should be ashamed.
