Letter to the FCA: Its been a month FFS, time to investigate John Story and BSF Enterprise

I have checked my calendar and it is now exactly one month since BSF Enterprise (BSFA) announced that the so called strategic investor had dumped most of his shares after less than a fortnight onto disgraced John Story and that Story, who was also described as a strategic investor, would be issuing a TR1 “in due course following settlement” I believe that RNS was tantamount to market abuse and have again written to my contact at the FCA

We still have no TR1s issued by the mystery “strategic investor” – almost certainly disgraced fake news scammer Josh Barsch - or, despite an explicit pledge to do so, by disgraced John Story. I have written to my contact at the FCA about who has misled and deceived investors.

BREAKING: Optibiotix names the US “strategic and specialist investor” and it has already been selling shares.

On Friday 23 May Optibiotix (OPTI) announced a placing with a US “specialist” investor taking £500,000 of shares at 14p. It did not name that investor but the implication was that this was a kosher long term fundamentals based investor. Even yesterday Steve O'Hara was briefing that it was a "strategic investor." Today it has updated its Rule 26 page and the ghastly truth is starting to slip out.
