BREAKING: Evil Banksta writes to the FCA regarding Cineworld’s listing and rule breaches

Evil Banksta is the sort of naïve chap who thinks that the FCA actually bothers implementing its own rules. If I had a bridge to sell I know who I’d be selling it to. He has again written to the FCA pointing out that the crack regulators are ignoring their own rules regarding Cineworld (CINE) in not suspending the shares at once for a failure to publish results. The credulous fellow writes in his own name:

Dev Clever – shares suspended: Oh Dear, How Sad, Never Mind

It looks like its turkey twizzlers only for the morons owning this stock on this Christmas Eve.  As I have noted many times, Dev Clever (DEV) has been monstrously overvalued on fundamentals, promoted by ramping and worse. At 30p the company is valued at £180 million which for a loss-making entity, run from a lock up on an industrial estate and with half year sales of just £2.4 million is bonkers. But at least you could trade out of you wanted. You can’t now. The company says that it has asked the FCA for the suspension of trading in its shares. Just like you used to ask the headmaster to beat you for sinning at school. Whatever…

EXCLUSIVE: Hulsey Smith knocks Strat Aero for 6 with counterclaim - shares must be suspended

Oh dear. Hulsey Smith filed a counter claim  against Strat Aero (AERO) and four of its directors and we have obtained a copy. It is damning and until these allegations are refuted the stock is 100% uninvestable. Some of them are so severe that AIM Regulation needs to step in, suspend the shares and order a formal investigation. Did, for instance, the board give the CEO a "bonus" to allow him to make share purchases to "bolster the share price", This document begs for an immediate share suspension.

Happy days - Shares in Phorm suspended - Another Kill for The Sheriff of AIM

My only problem is that I have run out of ouzo. Call it poor Phorm (PHRM) but I am thus unable to celebrate the AIM Casino suspension of trading in shares in another POS company in the traditional manner. I shall have to make do with neat orange juice.

Daniel Stewart - it's thankyou and goodnight: we dance on your grave

Having hinted previously that its AIM days may be numbered, last night at no-one-is-watching o'clock (5.29pm on a Friday) erstwhile AIM-listed Daniel Stewart (DAN) released an "Update on Suspension" RNS which admitted that following the resignation of Beaumont Cornish, the Nomad of last resort, the company had been unable to find a replacement. In other words no other Nomad is prepared to act and we should expect an AIM execution announcement on Friday of next week.
