Richard “Nobody Likes me and I don’t care” Jennings of Align Research has demanded an AGM at ADM Energy (ADME) to oust the useless board and to install him instead. Jennings will work for just £1. Just two of the directors have, he claims, cost the company almost a million quid over the past two years. The current ADM board is overpaid and has failed, we back Jennings almost 100%. Jennings has today written an open letter making his case, which makes shocking allegations. It is below. Our only gripe with Jennings is that he seems to think that appointing Tory toff Sir Henry Bellingham of 3DM infamy as a NED helps anything. It does not. Bellend is a useless and tainted tosser who should be cold shouldered. Other than this lapse of Judgement by Jennings, we agree with all said below.

The highlight of the week was Donald Trump sticking it to the BBC's North America correspondent Jon Sopel who - as you can see here - spluttered that the BBC was "impartial free and fair." I guess that would be fake news then because it is patently not any of the above. Let's start with free.

The fraud African Potash (AFPO) has until 7 January ( saturday) to find a new Nomad or its shares get booted off the AIM casino first thing Monday. On the ISDX lobster pot (now known as the NEX lobster pot) it can't get a placing away - for reasons explained in this podcast - so it will be tits up within weeks. That has implications for Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR). Jamie Oliver is blaming Brexit as he shuts six of his over-priced branded eateries. But he is just another celeb tosser don't you think? Richard Chase the CEO of Nyota (NYO) has failed at his job. He is grotesquely overpaid. It is clear his shareholders want him out yet he and his fellow directors are clinging on to take as much cash as they can while they can. They are greedy pigs and Chase is a disgraceful POS who is beneath contempt. I hope he is unemployed soon and forced to pimp either his own arse or his wife at Kings Cross to make ends meet.
