At a GM called to authorise the issuance of lorry loads more worthless shares, the chairperson of Versarien (VRS) claims its turnaround is on track. Bollocks. Chairperson Dianne Savory has yet to apologise for not stopping a culture where, egged on by the ex-CEO, shareholders discussed having me killed and plotting to get my wife sacked so is someone not fit to chair a public company. Worse still, her claims are utterly delusional.

I am afraid that I still continue to get a stream of letters from victims of charlatan and snake oil salesman Darren Winters. His courses are worthless and the claims he makes are just untrue, as the ASA noted here. Yet Winters regards brushes with the ASA or The Sheriff of AIM fighting on behalf of victims in the Courts (and winning!) as just another cost of business and carries on, as he has done for almost 20 years, with industrial scale larceny. In October last year I presented thje AIM Regulation team headed by the man who ludicrously allowed himself to be dubbed the Sheriff of AIM, Mr Marcus Stuttard with slam dunk proof of massive fraud at MySquar (MYSQ). He did nothing. MySquar raised millions of pounds AFTER that from issuing shares which after today are now worthless as the fraud is laid bare. Mr Stuttard's failure to act has cost investors millions. And this is not his first lamentable failure. Is he the most useless regulator on this planet? Rather surprisingly, at her suggestion, I have just had a coffee with PR Genius Steffi and I take everything I have said back. She is actually quite smart in absolute terms and relative to most in her industry she is we, er.. a genius. What a nice lady. I have resolved to be nice to her going forward even if she does spin for Golden Saint Resources (GSR) which is worthless. Elsewhere I look at the remarkable naivete of some Cloudtag (CTAG) shareholders even now. This is not a sin but I suggest they wise up a bit.

Employer of convicted felon, the cop mugger champagne Charlie Gibson, investment prostitutes Edison will publish bullish research notes and interviews with any company as long as they dip into their shareholders' funds. The interview with the bombastic prick David Williams who earns a seven figure wedge for running Avanti Communications (AVN) into the ground last summer ( see HERE) was a classic of its genre. Today Edison has published a note saying Avanti shares are worth 109p. The market thinks the report is worthless bog-paper and the shares are down by almost 10% at just 14.875p.

One of the main, if not the main, ramper of shares in the worthless fraud Cloudtag (CTAG) is a Bristol based fellow called Liam Nicholas, the author of this ramptastic blog. Liam works for a company in the white van hire rental business and his ludicrously partisan commentary is one reason so many folks are nursing huge losses on this AIM fraud. I have spoken to the Mrs and she has agreed to hold the camera if I visit Liam this weekend as we too live in Bristol.

Aussie poltroon Slater & Gordon (SGH) has finally woken up to the fact that the Quindell businesses it bought for £647 million last year were worthless frauds and as such it has today said it is taking legal action against Watchstone (WTG), the renamed Quenron corporate entity. I fear the Aussies are merely throwing a Hail Mary pass and that its case is doomed. Its shares are not 95% down since the deal at just 40 cents for no reason.

So far Nomad Allenby has refused to act when shown clear evidence that its client Servision (SEV) has issued RNS statements which have not actually been born out by reality in terms of new orders. Clearly Allenby regards getting its corporate retainer as more important than its reputation. So after yesterday's shocker here is an even more monstrous lie . This company is a worthless lie factory and given that it is almost insolvent its shares are worth 0p.

LGO Energy (LGO) has all sorts of problems. It is almost out of cash, it is burning cash, it is drowning in debt and it has a management credibility issue. But its real problem? Its assets in Trinidad are shite. The company has never come clean on how rapidly new wells go into decline but here is the raw data and it is pretty terrifying. It is based on RNS releases for each of its Goudron wells.
