The big issues for AIM uber dog Servision (SEV) have always been its lack of cash generation which has forced bailout placing after bailout placing and its aggressive revenue recognition policies designed to boost the share price to allow the placings to take place. Lately there has also been an issue with withholding (bad) price sensitive information. On the revenue recognition issue I went into battle 19 months ago, reporting the company to the Financial Reporting Council and now we have another small win for the Sheriff of AIM. I have been deeply troubled by the most recent lack of profits warning from AIM listed worthless POS Servision (SEV). My initial view, expressed HERE, is that in not admitting to order slippage from December for almost six months it had committed a massive breach of AIM Rules regarding timely disclosure of price sensitive news. But I fear it may be far worse than that.

Servision (SEV) has today announced its interim results and they are dismal. The company is bust and why it's advisors (Nomad Allenby, broker Belfort Securities & PR himbo Christian Taylor Wilkinson at Cadogan Leander) do not call it a day and walk defies belief. It shows all three are morally bankrupt.The results are analysed in a bearcast special HERE. But I flag up in itw own right a loan Servision has taken from Yorkville which seems to be the new, most expensive loan , in AIM Casino history - at 33% - it is 5 percentage points dearer than the loan the FRAUD African Potash (AFPO) took out from Katrina Clayton, the wife of its FD. Frankly Servision would be better off borrowing on Christian T-W's credit card and splitting the difference.

I warn you that this podcast uses bad language as I am unspeakably angry about the numbers from AIM cesspit posterboy Servision (SEV). In so many ways its results, which were issued at no-one is watching O'clock yesterday, are a disgrace. At least it is prepared to admit to some of the financial crimes against humanity which I have accused it of. But it is clearly bust and I comment on its numbers, on what the directors and auditors say, on its partial admission of guilt and on the reprehensible behaviour of Jon Bellis and his colleagues at Belfort Securities around the time of the (grossly misleading) interims of 30 September. This is not hard. The RNS from Servision (SEV) today is designed to ramp the shares ahead of a rescue bailout placing. It is bollocks if you add up the numbers. So too was the last RNS by the way. I have reported this POS to the FRC for dodgy revenue recognition policies, it almost certainly now has negative net current assets and is burning cash. There is a bailout placing looming and you should sell now. This company deserves to, and could well, go bust.

I have to date reported four companies to the Financial Reporting Council asking it to investigate accounts which I believe to be fraudulent and or misleading. So where am I with these four and what is the common thread?
The first to be dobbed in was Quindell. The FRC publicly acknowledged that it widened the scope of its enquiries as a result of my letter and Quindell was found guilty on all sorts of counts. Expect disciplinary action AFTER the Serious Fraud Office has made its arrests.
The next three are Eden Research (EDEN),Servision (SEV) and Avanti Communications (AVN) which all stand accused (by me) of unacceptable revenue recognition policies.

Unlike yesterday's podcast this was recorded before lunchtime and, anyway, I am staying sober until after my presentation tonight when I might be less sober. Yesterday I demonstrated that AIM casino posterboy Servision (SEV) was both almost insolvent and in need of a placing ASAP HERE and b) was happy to mislead investors to ramp its worthless shares ahead of a placing HERE. Right now it is ramping as it needs a placing pronto to avoid going tits up. Now I take you back to 2015 to show how it misled the market in a shocking manner to get a bailout placing away.

Okay I am celebrating the impending departure of Afriag (AFRI) from AIM so might get a bit carried away in this podcast, there is a bit of bad langauge. Earlier today I explained why Servision (SEV) is ramping its shares ahead of a placing - it is because it is almost insolvent as is burning cash. The company responded with news of a new distribution agreement in the US. But I dont believe a word these tossers say. Why? Lets look at the last big US distribution agreement signed. I put it to you that this stinks to high heaven.

AIM casino listed Servision (SEV) went public on New Year's Eve 2004 ad has been a serial disappointer ever since. More than eleven years on its shares have collapsed, more than $14.672 million has been sent to money heaven and the only commendation one can make is its consistency. It is always losses, more losses, more jam tomorrow and when's the placing? And it is that matter that needs addressing for the answer must be soon. Beware the ramp.
