This party was not branded the fruitcakes without some reason. It has always contained more than its fair share of folks with some slightly odd views. But Gisela Allen who is standing for UKIP in the local elections is, even by the standards, of UKIP, a total fruitcake. Her policy platform is below and needs no further comment
