On Friday I demonstrated that Lyin’ Chris Cleverley’s NEX listed Block Commodities (BLCC) had told material lies to investors, lies tantamount to fraud, since March 27 this year. I have today written to NEX Regulation and the FCA demanding that action be taken against Cleverley and Block, starting with its delisting but not ending there, and that corporate adviser Alexander David Securities lose its NEX license for enabling this mendacity.
