Norfolk council leader Kay Billing picks up allowances of more than fifty grand a year. Her husband made his money in property. The facebook post below indicates that she views poor people with contempt. Kay is the sort of Tory who leaves many of us with a tribal hatred of her party. I have voted Tory on occasion but have done so despite viewing a party containing folks like Kay as a party one should really despise.
