Question for supporters of a wealth tax.

The idea that you will be taxed on unrealized gains is a horrific one for every entrepreneur. Right now the idea of a wealth tax on wealth on more than £10 million is being mooted but in every country that has introduced a wealth tax as the rich flee the threshold is normally reduced time and again.
