I have written to my contact at the FCA about today’s placing by Predator Oil & Gas (PRD) which looks to me to be the most blatantly forward sold placing this year. Forward selling is insider dealer and is illegal. It is also endemic on the London Small Cap scene and the FCA needs to act. I wrote to my FCA contact:
