Sarah Cope is not fit to run a public lavatory let alone a public company. Her performance at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) before it was booted off the AIM Sewer was a case study in managerial incompetence. Today we have an announcement from Predator Oil & Gas (PRD), itself a dog and where share dealings are often, er, interesting.

Today, the oil company that toxic David Sefton ramped, raised funds for, did undeclared related party deals with and still owes cash to, Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) was thrown off AIM as a near bankrupt shell. Last Friday it was the turn of the other company he destroyed with related party deals, Iconic (ICON) to have news and it all reads badly for Dave. I wonder how Dave’s business partner, the Tory, Damian Collins MP feels about this. More sleaze vicar?

Toxic David Sefton of Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and Iconic (ICON) infamy has cost mug punters, who ignored my numerous warnings, a fortune. And it seems as if some of them are rather angry. The chap in the video below uses language which makes even me blush but he offers a challenge to Dave which would raise £10,000 for charity and, once social distancing rules are relaxed, would be greatly enjoyed by many folks. So come on Dave, say you will do it…

I start with a few thoughts on a local statue that looks set to be melted down but commend my piece earlier on Thomas Guy in the same vein. I bring you the good news that No Gold is alive then discuss Intu (INTU), Frontera Resources (FRR), Avacta (AVCT), the merger of Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) and Columbus Energy (CERP) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG). Finally we are now almost at £40,000 on Woodlarks (with gift aid). If every bearcast listener yet top donate chipped in £10 plus gift aid tonight we would hit target. Please, please do so HERE.

On 30 December 2019, as I highlighted in my article of the same day, toxic Dave Sefton resigned from Board of Iconic (ICON) admitting that he had become a PR liability following a series of exposes on this website about how he had used company funds at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) to benefit his private interests and had then lied about repaying those funds which he has still not done in full.Sefton is thus utterly toxic but behind the scenes and a trio of directors each earning £200,000, toxic Dave remains very much active behind the scenes at this company operating with almost no revenue and racking up steep losses.. He is involved in both Infotagion and also the London Economic deals that Iconic has announced.

I start with the ShareProphets shares Conference on Saturday. Darren should have sent the tickets last night. He will send today so need to email me. I have just recorded Vin Murria’s main stage show and really you must not miss the Queen of Tech. Get your ticket HERE. On today’s podcast I look at BT (BT.A), Filta (FLTA), Uru Metals (URU) and the madness at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG).

Among others I interviewed this morning for Saturday’s ShareProphets Shares show was Luke Johnson. It was another cracking video which I reflect upon. Suffice to say with 85% of the content now on tape it will be a great event so get your ticket now HERE. I look in today’s podcast, inspired by Luke, at commercial property including Hammerson (HMSO) and Into (INTU) and how this all plays out. It is not quite as you may think. I also look at Catenae (CTEA) and the utter insanity at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG).

It was just three months ago that we warned repeatedly that Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) should not proceed with the offer from AIM uber dog Zenith Energy (ZEN) and instead refinancing proposed by Richard Jennings. Inept Chairperson Sarah (Can’t) Cope ignored our advice which would have seen past dealings by her pal toxic David Sefton opened up to public scrutiny and bullied through the deal. Today her folly has been revealed in full and this company is surely toast.

After a terrifying experience in Wolverhampton at 2 AM this morning I bring you a range of horrors in today’s podcast: Finablr (FIN), Bidstack (BIDS), Diversified Gas & Oil (DGOC), Flybe, Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), and Bahamas Petroleum (BPC) which, I can reveal, pulled another placing last night.

Sadly Lyin’ Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) has not been in touch about my offer to record a podcast but I have a former senior executive turned whistleblower to interview instead and I shall do that tonight and it will go live, togerher with a chat with Lucian Miers in the next edition of ShareProphets Radio out soon, Elsewhere I discuss NMC Heath (NMC) and lessons learned, Zenith Energy (ZEN) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), whether Tullow (TLW) could be a sero, Aston Martin (AML), Cobra Resources (COBR) and finally ask when Telit (TCM) will serve up a profits warning. Surely it is due.

What is it with disgraced Ms Sarah Cope of Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) when she is faced with two deals for her shareholders she always goes for the worse option. Today’s news of a refinancing of the Riverfort funding facility is a case in point. It appears to be a shocking breach of fiduciary duty.

I start with an update on ADVFN’s paedo guy, then it is onto the role of Nomads on the AIM Casino, what they are meant to do and the problems they face. I look at three Nomads and their clients: Lekoil (LEK), Versarien (VRS) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) plus I discuss Tizania (TILS) and today’s monster spoof from almost insolvent Iconic Labs (ICON).
1563 days ago
On 8 January 2019, embattled and almost insolvent Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) admitted that it had received a legal claim from Askell Limited but it told shareholders not to worry as “it believes the Askell claim is without merit.” Au contraire.. a City source has given me the full SP and the scale and nature of the claim are massive and should sink the company. As such the RNS was utterly misleading.

I assumed, as it turns out correctly, that the GM held today to approve Anglo African’s (AAOG) duff deal to sell 80% of its stake in the Tilapia field to fellow AIM dog Zenith (ZEN) would go Anglo’s way. But just to make sure the two companies served up a massive spoof today … the RNS is total crap.

In today’s bearcast I discuss Sirius Minerals (SXX), the comedy show that keeps on giving at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), Petrel (PET), NMC Health (NMC) and also today’s shocking expose on Versarien (VRS)

In today’s podcast I look at mini-bond scandal house Wellesley Finance and why it once again shames new Bank of England Governor Andrew “asleep at the wheel” bailey and the shitheads round at the FCA. I comment on another of its failings in light of today’s Neil Woodford News. I comment on Big Dish (DISH), have a theory about Angloa African Oil & Gas (AAOG), comment on Optibiotix (OPTI), Versarien (VRS) and ask how long its Nomad will tolerate Neill Ricketts and finally on Aston Martin Lagonda (AML).

I guess I am just very stupid and someone brighter than me can perhaps enlighten me but, to a simple mind it seems that Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) has not been entirely upfront on the matter of cash. Let me explain….

I start with a rendition of Happy Birthday to you to our esteemed publisher Darren Atwater. If you survive my singing I go on to discuss IQE (IQE), Versarien (VRS), NMC Health (NMC), Dev Clever (DEV), Oracle Coalfields (ORCP) and the Sheikh on the Make and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), where I am just not smart enough to understand its, now more urgent, need for cash and whoose fate lies in the hands of Gervais Williams, a man whose own fate I discussed yesterday HERE.

I jest. The death of Qassem Soleimani sees one more evil bastard heading to hell. While those with #TrumpDerangementSyndrome will shed tears for this Jew hating, terror loving mass murderer, I do not but discuss the impact of this latest Trump triumph on the region, on the oil price and on oil stocks. I look at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and at Zenith Energy (ZEN) whrre I am contacted by material shareholders who want regime change something that makes Anglo’s desire to own Zenith shares even more bonkers. Finally I suggest that unless Bidstack (BIDS) clarifies three matters urgently its shares will continue to collapse.

For some reason I found myself cc’d in on an email thread last night between Sarah Cope the utterly useless chairperson of Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), Richard Jennings, the company’s advisors and some investors. It was bonkers but it is clear that Ms Cope is doing all she can to steamroller through the crap deal with Zenith Energy (ZEN) without giving shareholders the chance to consider what looks a far better deal from team Jennings. For that and for many other reasons Cope should be fired and cast into the corporate wilderness. The thread starts with Jennings responding to an RNS issued late in the day by Anglo:

In today’s podcast I start with a bit of abuse for the welfare junkies of the Greece of the North as they enjoy yet another day of idleness. Then I look at G3 Energy (G3E), Nostra Terra Oil & Gas (NTOG), Sound Energy (SOU), Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), Big Dish (DISH), RedX pharma (REDX) and Bidstack (BIDS)

I explained quite clearly the other day why Sarah Cope of Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) might tick the corporate diversity box but that should be no saving grace as she is utterly useless and if she had a shred of decency would quit at once. Clearly, she does not. Richard Jennings of Align Research has written to her today in a letter that exposes more of her manifest failings. Its P45 time. The Align Research boss writes:

Thanks to Winnileaks I think the position of one of the two is now utterly untanable. The other is sunk by his own RNS. In today;s podcast I look at Iconic (ICON), Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), Big Dish (DISH) and Silence Therapeutics (SLN). I also look at the FCA fine handed out to Kevin Gorman and suggest that David “Sam” Hutchins formerly of Global Resources Investment Trust (GRIT) deserves the same treatment for the reasons I exposed earlier in the year.

In July this year David Sefton was forced to quit Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) after revelations on this website about horrific undeclared conflicts of interest, obscene expenses and other matters. Here we are on January 30th and after massive pressure about misleading RNS statements, related party deals and other matters I get to claim his scalp again, this time at insolvent Iconic (ICON).

I start with a service announcement. Then I look at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), Optibiotix (OPTI) and then I discuss Christmas, retail trends and macro trends. Though he arrives by the wrong route, Malcolm arrives at the right destination on this matter.

How often do I have to force the shits who run this compamny to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth by revealing things they don’t want you knowing? Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) has today announced a quite diabolical deal with AIM uber dog Zenith Energy (ZEN) which is guaranteed to destroy value and may well be a prelude to an AIM delisting. That chairperson Sarah Cope is pushing for the deal is yet another indication of just how useless she is. Ms Cope may tick the diversity boxes but is not fit to tun a public lavatory or a whelk stall let alone a public company.

Having parted company with toxic David Sefton and Lyin’ James Berwick could things get any worse for Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG). With cash very tight and the Fat Lady already gargling in the wings surely not? Well actually yes.

Firstly, I am delighted to say that NoGold has been in touch about the £50 bet. Good man. Then I reflect on G3 Exploration (G3E) in light of Evil Banksta’s excellent piece yesterday. It is now more than six years since I ignored a certain amount of pressure and published the Bloody Dossier HERE. Under the Roger Lawson rules I would not have published. I am, again, vindicated. I comment on Anglo African (AAOG) and will have more to follow on toxic David Sefton and Iconic (ICON) later. Today’s news moves Lyin’ James Draper of Bidstack (BIDS) one place up my target list. I look at Online Blockchain (OBC) in detail and also at Fulham Shore (FUL) where the numbers look all wrong and which is, I fear, an accident waiting to happen. The £65 million valuation is crackers.

Shares in Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) were 16p a year ago and are now 0.6p ( and overvalued at that). The main blame for this debacle must lie with disgraced bosses James Berwick (“resigned” today) and toxic David Sefton. But of you seek other culprits on the pay roll….
1591 days ago
In July of this year I forced Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) to fess up to the fact that it had spunked £300,000 on due diligence on a deal it was not doing but which a company largely owned by and run by Anglo’s then boss toxic Dave Sefton and its CEO until today James Berwick was going ahead with. At that point the two men said if it completed the deal, Tunisian would repay the amount in full.

Oh dear, oh dear! There is so much bad news to bury on election day for pariah stock Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), a company we have exposed so many times on this website. Let us start with its former boss, toxic Dave Sefton who is not a man of his word.

There is a new RNS out today which begs massive questions which the company refuses to answer. And there is still the matter of the placing at 5.2p and more questions about whether Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) will get that away in light of what it claimed on Friday. This stock is now utterly toxic and uninvestable at 4p. Enjoy.

I reflect on a week of triumphs with regard to lawyer’s letters, Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and TrakM8 (TRAK) and revisit St James House run by Lord Razzall and its quite utterly ludicrous accounts which need major restatements.

My series of exposes on Anglo Africa Oil & Gas (AAOG) have revealed a raft of corrupt deals by boss David Sefton. Most shareholders appeared to respond by attacking me. Today he ‘fessed on the deals in full, admitting that I was right. He then reversed and changed them which will save his shareholders £1.3 million. They should be thanking me and singing my praises. They will not be. Meanwhile I expose Sefton’s life of first class air travel – how long can this company afford to employ this shamed man?

Earlier today, Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and its spineless and morally bankrupt Nomad FinnCap (FCAP) were finally forced to respond to our series of exposes. But their limp dick statement will have fooled nobody and the pressure on Anglo to fire Sefton is mounting. Just to pour a can of gasoline on the flames let’s turn to the £300,000 of shareholders cash question.

In today’s bearcast I look at more toxic behaviour at Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), at TrakM8 (TRAK), Bluejay (JAY) and there is more on Woodford Patient Capital Trust (WPCT) and the, slowly detonating, nuclear grenade that is Proton Partners (PPI). I also look at (bad) news from Asos (ASC) and Sosandar (SOS) and wonder if there is something happening in online shopping that we have missed.

After intense pressure from ShareProphets and from those who were signed up to take part in a £2.7 million placing at 5.2p and are threatening to pull out, disgraced David Sefton and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) have made a statement. But the turd Sefton has misled investors again. How is Nomad FinnCap putting its name to this? Does FinnCrap have no shame? As Sefton dissembles I have some new revelations below….

On July 1 we revealed that having raised cash in a placing he said was not needed just a few days prior at 10p a few months ago, David Sefton was trying to raise £9 million more at c5p for AIM promote Anglo African Oil & Gas, HERE. By Wednesday we exposed the undeclared related party company screwing nature of that fund raise HERE. On Thursday we flagged up that the placing part of the fund raise was in trouble HERE. Now on day seven of the David Sefton P45 watch I have written to Mark Steward at the FCA demanding he act. The letter follows….

In today's podcast I start with the shocking revelations about Neil Woodford's greed and reward for failure. Folks like Nomates are more of a threat to capitalism than Lenin. I am vindicated on Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and await apologies from the Bulletin Board Morons. I discuss the whole affair including the shameless behaviuour of FinnCap (FCAP). Truly FinnCrap is a moral sewer. I discuss First Derivatives (FDP), offer up my nap buy for Q1 2019 and have some questions that require an urgent answer from John Gunn's Octagonal (OCT)

Yesterday I revealed that Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) was undertaking a massively discounted placing at 10p to raise £4 million which seems to have stirred up a real hornets nest among the Bulletin Board Morons. I have been reported to the FCA numerous times ( again) and the charge is that I am the villain. But am I? I suggest not but put up two other candidates for that eipthet and that I am the hero of this tale.

In today's bearcast I bring you a hot rumour. The King of the spiv bucket shops Jon Bellis of Novum is apparently trying to raise £4 million at 10p for Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG). I look at Sound Energy (SOU), Andalas (ADL), delays in selling houses and in a similar vein what IFA's who have put clients into Woodford funds do next. I also look at Gear4Music (G4M) and director share buying which is a sell signal. I make a brief comment on Optibiotix (OPTI) and almost tie it in with a mother-in-law joke but resist the temptation.

In terms of the sinner who is repenting (or is he?) I refer to our own dear Cynical Bear and Sosandar (SOS) where I own a few shares. Andalas (ADL) will still not answer my four questions and now wants to gag me if it does. It is 'avin' a Turkish. I consider Midatech Pharma (MTPH) and an RNS which brings back memories of a glass of sherry and a philosophy tute at Oxford with Dr Malpas. Then it is on to Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG) and to Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP). Finally I give the timing of our £1 billion fraud takedown tonight.
