Cellular Goods: disastrous results, what on earth are auditors at PKF LittleJohn smoking?

My cat looked at these results and did the maths: Cellular Goods (CBX) will run out of cash within six months. Yet PKF Littlejohn has said there is no material uncertainty. That is just bollocks and I shall be flagging this up with the Financial Reporting Council.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - is Verditek going bust? Mr. Market thinks so and so do I

In this podcast I discuss the damascene conversion of the Mrs on a couple of issues and I say “thank you” to those donating to Woodlarks on the Christmas grotto appeal. We are now almost 75% of the way to target so if you can spare a fiver ( or more) please do so today HERE. I look at Verditek (VDTK), Tern (TERN), Red Rock Resources (RRR), mention Skinbiotherapeutics (SBTX), Cellular Goods (CBX) and have a look at Parkmead (PMG) where i am not convinced that Peter Brailey is right to be just so bearish.

Cellular goods launches on Chill.com – you just could not make this up

I had to check that this announcement was not dated April 1. It is surely a spoof. In short, an ecommerce website with bugger all traffic generating bugger all sales belonging to Chill Brands (CHLL) is now going to stock a range of overpriced products made by Cellular Goods (CBX) for which there is not, and has ever been, any material demand. It really is totally pointless. The gross profits generated by either party will be less than the cost of publishing the RNS. So why tell us?

Cellular goods another total spoof release – it will be bankrupt well before St Valentine's day unless there is a placing

The maths here is so simple that my cat could do the sums. As at 28 February Cellular Goods (CBX) had net cash of £2.93 million. Its revenues remain almost zero and its cost base had been slashed to c£3 million. However, the company then did a quasi related party share purchase of King Tide which wants to cultivate seaweed to capture carbon and save the planet. We were promised that this company would have its first revenues by Christmas but there is no sign of that so instead it is adding to the cashburn. Come on you can do the maths….

Desperate ramping by almost insolvent Cellular Goods as it re-announces Nothingburger non seaweed news

Gosh this is desperate. Cellular Goods (CBX) the CBD cum seaweed to net zero related party con, backed by David Beckham, is running on vapours and so to try to spoof its shares higher to allow another placing it has released the most pathetic of announcements. This is so wretched it is almost embarrassing

Cellular Goods – Is the Fat lady booking a Christmas gig? Any news on the seaweed joke?

The maths for David Beckham backed CBD come seaweed to net zero play Cellular Goods (CBX) are grim and at this rate it won’t be Posh Spice taking it up the xxxx but shareholders. The Fat Lady (clearly not Ms. Spice) should be readying herself for a Christmas gig.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: ouzo after 12 years from Warwick and after almost as long from Advanced Oncotherapy

After 12 years of campaigning, a result from Warwick School last night as reported HERE but now another victim of sexual abuse has been in touch so I guess the campaigning goes on. I am almost certain that I will name a paedophile teacher tomorrow. Then more, after I exposed it in almost 300 articles, ouzo c/o Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO) which looks to be, effectively, brown bread.  I look at looming share suspensions including Premier African (PREM), Boohoo (BOO) and Revolution Beauty (REVB), the fraud Supply@ME Captal (SYME) and Cellular Goods (CBX), also on deadline day.

David Beckham's Cellular Goods – it’s a “partnership” spoof

The David Beckham backed POS Cellular Goods (CBX) has still refused to explain why it has given away 16% of its equity to a crony mate of its founders Bixby & Edwards (who have since IPO dumped all their shares) for a start up in the seaweed to net zero space with no business. And so as it hurtles towards running out of cash by Christmas, it is trying to spoof investors to allow the spivs at Novum to get a bailout placing away. Today there is an obvious spoof.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast:Tory sleazebag David Williams of Avanti does it again - now 98% vindicated on Arqit

Faking a product demo to gain funding is fraud and Williams boasted about doing that so the Tory scumbag should not threaten me, as he has threatened others, with a lawyers letter for calling that out as an act of fraud. I discuss his antics at Avanti (AVN) and then Arqit Quantum (US:ARQQ) about which I warned at $37.41 on December 3 2021 HERE and at $5.65 on 17 June 2022 HERE. Its shares are now 73 cents but the company is still valued at $90 million. My target is zero. I discuss in detail. Then it is onto IQE (IQE), Mirada (MIRA), Future (FUTR) whose £1.06 billion market cap is a joke. I looked like a right prat on this one for a while but you cannot defy gravity forever. Which brings me to Cineworld (CINE), Cellular Goods (CBX) and today’s total spoof from Chill Brands (CHLL) which the morons have fallen for hook, line and sinker. Do they never go to Companies House? David Beckham backed Cellular Goods – another related party red flag vicar?

Last week I discussed how the purchase by Cellular Goods (CBX) of start up Singapore based seaweed to net carbon zero POS company King Tide Carbon PTEI showed how the transaction made no strategic sense and will accelerate the already disastrous cash burn ensuring that the Fat Lady is gigging well before Santa rewards all the good little boys and girls while handing lumps of coal to the directors and promoters of Cellular. Will David Beckham’s Cellular Goods still be selling (very little) CBD shite by Christmas? I think not & here's why

The reality is that after numerous claims of an imminent big ramp up in sales, CBD company Cellular Goods(CBX) is still selling almost no product. David Beckham’s Cellular Goods Merger off – its now a full on cash crisis

The proposed RTO with Cannary Limited never made sense. Cannary – as fronted on nauseating TV ads with Claudia Winkleman – had a horrible balance sheet with huge liabilities and is burning cash. Cellular Goods (CBX) has cash ( £4.37 million at August 31) but spunked it at £500,000 a month last year. So this proposed deal was like two drunks propping each other up. But now the transaction announced on 26 September is OFF. What next?

Durban Holdings & David Beckham promoted Cellular Goods – why Bixby & Edwards are still making profits dumping stock at 0.7p

At the time of the IPO of David Beckham promoted CBD play Cellular Goods (CBX) in late 2021, the chancers Mike Edwards and Jonathan Bixby held 31% of the equity. BREAKING: The David Beckham backed pot play Cellular Goods buries bad news at 6.04 PM Friday night

Having initially denied reports – on this website – that the Food Standards Agency (FSA) was banning its ingestible CBD products, evil PR genius, Neil Thapar, served up a dreadful admission to ruin folks’ weekend. So maybe Cellular Goods CBD products are banned after all – is the David Beckham pot play the most clueless company going?

This is a farce.  Losing your CEO less than a year after IPO, seeing your shares plummet, and facing insolvency by Christmas, is bad enough. But now, Cellular Goods (CBX) has got its knickers in a twist as to whether or not the Food Standards Agency is banning its products. This is sheer comedy.

Then I look in detail at MGC Pharmaceiticals (MXC), how it legged over investors in November and is a massive short even now before turning to Vast Resources (VAST), Advanced Oncotherapy (AVO), Cellular Goods (CBX),Novacyt (NCYT) and Avacta (AVCT) my big sector short which has seen its shares collapse to 46p but could easily halve again within weeks.

Cellular Goods – the David Beckham pot play starts to go up in smoke

On January 7 this year I warned you that Cellular Goods (CBX),was making it up as it went along to hide the failure of the launch of its CBD products. Hey ho. Today it has fessed that,as is so often the case, I was bang on the money.  And better still, 360 days after the IPO, founder and CEO Alexis Abraham is walking the plank. Things will only get worse for a company chaired by Peter Wall of Argo Blockchain (ARB) infamy.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Is Lonny Baumgardner of Predator stark raving Twitter bonkers?

I comment on the weather here in Wales and then start with those sort of folks who engage in utterly reckless behaviour they know will ruin them. I think of vicars or Tory MPs having unsafe sex with rent boys in the era of the News of the Screws or of Paul Smith the, now ex, CEO of Morses Club (MCL). I look at ADVFN (AFN) and ask if its shares are now cheap at 63p? Then it is onto UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), and to Predator Oil (PRD) where I smell a pre-placing ramp and where the COO is now tweeting like a lunatic.  Finally it is Guild ESports (GILD) and Cellular Goods (CBX).

Cellular Goods and the claimed “endorsement” from the Metro newspaper & should your Mrs rub your semen on her body

David Beckham backed pot play Cellular Goods (CBX) has axed its boss after serving up a horrible lack of sales warning, as I said it had to do on January 7 HERE, and I shall come to that later. But first just to point out how evil PR spinner Neil Thapar rather over-eggs the pudding when it comes to media endorsements in today’s release. In a series which also included a riveting read “Woman claims mixing semen with her moisturiser gives her glowing skin: Is there any truth in it?”  Thapar et al reckon that the Metro newspaper endorsed Cellular’s products. Well er…

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast – hoping for another bombshell dossier via Winnileaks on a UK Oil company this weekend

Fingers crossed. If it is what i have been promised it is curtains for one CEO.  In the rest of the bearcast I discuss travails with brickies, M& C Saatchi (SAA) and the saintly Vin Murria, Bluebird Merchant Ventures (BMV),Cellular Goods (CBX),Tern (TERN),ADM Energy (ADME), Supply@ME Capital (FRAUD), Tiger Resources (TIR),UK Oil & Gas (UKOG), Argo Blockchain (ARB) and the changing appetite for bailout placings.

EXPOSED: Cellular Goods: Rewriting history & backtracking fast amid a sound of silence on its product launch

The RNS about today’s AGM Cellular Goods (CBX),  the company that sold cheap shares to David Beckham to wallow in his *“brand glory” and ramp ahead of the IPO, said nothing other than resolutions were passed but there was a link to a shareholder Q&A and this should ring real alarm bells as the  company rewrites history. Firstly let us all rewind to December 1.

Cellular Goods – the Beckham CBD skin cream play burns that cash like there’s no tomorrow

When not earning millions promoting one of the most hateful homophobic regimes on this planet or appearing with his good pal Elton at a gay Pride event,  Mr David Beckham has become a celebrated investor. There is Guild E-Sports (GILD) which will see him turn £250,000 into £15 million however badly the company does. And it is doing badly.  And then there is Cellular Goods(CBX) with the same motley crew of pre IPO investors and advisors.  It makes facecreams which must be useful if, like Becks, you have two of them. It had results today.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Charles Ingalls never suffered this, the grotesque inefficiency of mask fascist NHS staff & Kefi's woes

It has been a bad day at the homestead, the Welsh Hovel, as I explain. I have also had a run in with Shipmans and other staff at  “the envy of the fecking world”  so am in a bad mood. I discuss Kefi (KEFI) and what is happening in Ethiopia. I know more than all the BB savants but there is only so much that I can say. Then I look at the David Beckham-linked swizzle at Guild ESports (GILD) and, by implication, Cellular Goods (CBX) both of which will end in tears and be posterboys for the bezzles at the fag end of a bull market.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - so what is wrong with being a proven liar and a director of an AIM Company?

First up thanks for all the tenners for Ian Westbrook. We still have two days to hit the £20,000 make loathsome Neill Ricketts sweat target and are now on £14,694. We are still talking to two potentially generous donors so please do keep the tenners flowing HERE to stop the Versarien (VRS) penny share huckster winning by default. Then onto lying on AIM and also covering up bad news with late releases. I look at Supply@ME Capital (SYME), Verditek (VDTK), Powerhouse Energy (PHE), Cellular Goods (CBX), Escape Hunt (ESC) and, of course, the fraud Zoetic (ZOE). The stench of chumocracy corruption is tife in the City as liars go unpunished. It is most depressing.

BREAKING: Margin calls at Zoetic force John Story to break Cellular goods lock-in & dump shares – is he fit to remain a director at Escape Hunt?

In May of this year I put it to Mr Neil Thapar, the PR supremo of Cellular Goods (CBX) that John Story was selling some of his 15 million shares in the joke David Beckham pot play, even though he was a lock in not set to expire until 26 August this year. Thapar pooh poohed me. Today his company fesses that Story has indeed breached the prospectus lock in.

Has John Story broken a lock in and sold any of his Cellular Goods shares: yes or no?

This is a simple enough question for Cellular Goods (CBX) the Standard Listed pot company backed by David Beckham in a shoddy IPO on 26 February which we exposed HERE. The shares zoomed to 22p in early trades from a 5p IPO but have since rolled back to 7.6p to sell suggesting that many BB punters have been royally shafted by the inaccurate media hype but also that some pre IPO investors who paid a fraction of the IPO price may have been dumping.

The trials of John Story – is he the forced seller at Asimilar?

The shock suspension of All Active Asset (AAA), the plaything of foul mouthed troll and penny share huckster Chris Akers, was especially painful for one shareholder – the proven liar John Story as he faced big margin calls in the fraud Zoetic (ZOE). How to meet those margin calls? Well I have established that he is on a lock in at Cellular Goods (CBX) with his 15 million shares. Has he stuck to that lock in? Enquiries continue. If he has sold even one share then he needs to issue a TR1 as he is on 3% and that would be a bit embarrassing given the lock in.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Wildcat a lesson from 2001, one of its directors should need no reminding of

There was a lot of excitement today at the Welsh Hovel with moving compost pits. More on that gripping subject later. I then look at Hurricane Energy (HUR), Cellular Goods (CBX), Coral Products (CRU) – once again as a value buy, Wildcat (WCAT) and the Zoetic (ZOE) linked harassment of myself and Peter Brailey.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Insulting the Welsh, sex workers, the stupidest men in Ireland and those identifying as zebras

I may insult a few others in today’s podcast which looks at Cellular Goods (CBX) and some very smelly broking, MyHealthChecked (MHC), Zoetic (ZOE) and Lansdowne Oil & Gas (LOGP).

Tom Winnfrith Bearcast: Gotcha Neill and reflections on resisting the lure of a bubble

Thank you for all your kind emails. I shall reply to all over the weekend. I look at another Gotcha moment for me at Versarien (VRS) then with reference to Cellular Goods (CBX) I ponder whether I will stag the next pot play. I look back on another bubble and how hard it is to resist temptation.

BREAKING: David Beckham turns £250,000 into £5.7 million in a month thanks to cannabis - this is a farce!

That will pay for a few month’s losses from his wife’s fashion chain. Cellular Goods (CBX), the cannabis skincare company, albeit without any products actually for sale yet, in which Becks invested on 28 January has got off to a flying stockmarket start. The whole thing is a farce.
