Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Rejoice! Rejoice! Fat Yob Mike Ashley and George Soros both lose millions today

In today’s podcast I look at Crest Nicholson (CRST), pox on AIM St James House (SJH), Cyancannode (CYAN), Yourgene (YGEN) and shocking share options, Big Sofa (BST) Goals Soccer Centres and Carpetright (CPR). Blame Brokerman Dan for this podcast being late and for me being a dirty and smelly wreck as I explain in the show.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: CyanConnode - did it deceive and Malcolm bonkers on bankers

In today's bearcast recorded before my first training walk for Woodlarks I look at Sabien (SNT) and ask if CyanConnode (CYAN) misled ahead of its last bailout placing. I deal with the nature of fraud, the culpability of Luke Johnson (there is none) and Patisserie Holdings (C AKE) and then explain why I think Malcolm's stance on the bankers is bonkers

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - pricing and dating bailout placings at Cabot Energy and Asiamet

In today's podcast recorded in my makeshift studio, which is a car half way up a Greek Mountain, I note a landmark for this site, 20 million page views, then cover Rockfire (ROCK), Asiamet (ARS), Cabot Energy (CAB), CyanConnode (CYAN) and a mega scandal, Anglo African Agriculture (AAAP), Concepta (CPT) & Futura Medical (FUM)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: thoughts on a dog & two placings

Events are moving fast on matters relating to historic abuse at Warwick School and that has distracted me somewhat. But in this podcast I look at Toople (TOOP), have more thoughts on TrakM8 (TRAK) and at CyanConnode (CYAN) where the placing has not happened yet. But it will. And soon.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast- I am sorry but I am just not as clever as Chris "three brains" Bailey

I start  with a bit on my walking schedule. I really will suffer tomorrow so about donating a tenner to Woodlarks as you think of the pain that lies ahead. Support a great cause HERE. In the podcast I look at non food retailers where I take a simple view as I am not as clever as Chris. I look at CyanConnode (CYAN), GYG (GYG) and follow up on Gary's piece on Bellzone (BZM) with a discussion on what constitutes market abuse.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - the stench of Gavin Burnell of Globo infamy and the curse of bucket shop Belliss

The reference to scumbags John Belliss and Gavin Burnell is explained in full in this podcast which covers CyanConnode (CYAN), Audioboom (BOOM), Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP), Revolution Bars (RBG), Peter Schiff and the economy, AIQ (AIQ), Tern (TERN) and Haydale (HAYD).  Both Brokerman Dan and I are now training with blisters. This weekend I move up to a 14 mile walk ahead of our 32 mile July 28 stroll for Woodarks. Thanks to all who have sponsored us. swe have now raised more than £8,000 with gift aid and are at 34% of our target. To those 90% of you listening who have not pledged, surely you can spare a tenner. You can donate £10 HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Now John Meyer at SP Angel, it's time to fess up about the Court case and MySquar

Firstly, I detail my latest training humiliations here. To those bearcast readers who have sponsored my charity 32 mile walk I say thank you, to the 95% of you have not, please give a tenner HERE. In the podcast I look at Stratex (STI) where the wrong management is following the wrong strategy and which is a dog with fleas. I look at MySquar (MYSQ) where Nomad John Meyer of SP Angel needs to stop turning a blind eye and come clean - tell us about the Court case looming in Singapore John! I look at Andalas (ADL), defend Neil Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) over share sales and then have a long discussion on CyanConnode (CYAN) where I fear an OW is implicated in a looming cash crisis accompanied by the the stench of boardroom greed with grotesque rewards for failure. It is shocking stuff.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: Crooked Hillary, insider dealing and the Mrs fiasco

In this podcast I look at the Hillary Clinton bombshell and what it means for the election and shares, something I cover in more detail HERE. Then I explain insider dealing and the difference between how I treated Reach4Entertainment (R4E) and Cyan (CYAN). Finally I suggest that heads must roll at Northland over the Management Resource Solutions (MRS) scandals.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: I hate you Barclays, you are bastards

I reflect on how we gym users suffer and on how dealing with Barclays Bank as a customer has made me so angry today. I hate the banksters and make a few unkind comments about the Isle of Man. Then it is onto Feedback (FDBK) and a detailed look at Cyan (CYN) and an awful broker note you can read HERE from Beaufort which I tear apart. I really despair at how bent AIM has become. What is the point of being honest anymore?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - is Highlands Natural the biggest scam on the AIM casino?

In today's bearcast I start with a brief look at Highlands Natural Resources (HNR), explaining why I knew it was a wrong 'un as soon as I saw who its management team included. I have two follow up articles on today's collapse to come but suffice to say that at anything above a couple of pence its shares are a slam dunk sell. I also look at Aureus Mining (AUE), cover Servelec (SERV) and what it says about equities in general. Steve covers it in detail very well HERE. Then it is onto Fitbug (FITB) and how today's scandal at Thor Mining (THR) begs AIM for a big change in the rules to stop mug punters getting shafted as poor Paul Scott was at Cyan (CYAN). I also have another warning of doom and more questions for Lord Tim Razzall of disgraced Boxhill (BOX) - target price 0p.

You can see the two detailed pieces on the Highlands scam HERE & HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Oy Oy Paul Scott - what the feck is happening at TrakM8

Why are shares in TrakM8 (TRAK) plunging. This is not a "Winni-wobble." The company needs to make a statement either officially or via its spokesman on earth, Paul Scott. Elsewhere, after a visit to Mistras which was amazing, I look at Gulf Keystone (GKP), death merely postponed, Avanti Communications (AVN ) - ditto - Edenville Energy (EDL) ditto and Cyan (CYAN) where I explain who is shafting Joe Retail: brokers and management.

AIM's equivalent of a crackhead Cyan - shite results - how close is it to insolvency?

When it comes to cash, Cyan (CYAN) is the AIM equivalent of a crackhead. That is to say if shareholders pony up for a placing, the company responds with a marginal increase in sales but a huge increase in losses and then comes back for ever more. FFS cries executive chairman John Cronin in today's results, "give me some more fecking scrabble" I'm almost out. And that brings us to the £12.5 million placing which Mr Cronin was planning to do at 0.21p on May 24th when I spoiled his party with this scoop HERE.

Paul Scott's fantasy - let's get this straight

Given how a number of followers of blogger Paul Scott went onto twitter last night to retweet or like tweets about me which were simply untrue I feel the need to publish a private email which, I fear, shows that the blogger wwas just making things up. I do so merely to protect my own reputation. It all stems from Cyan.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Dealing with the PLC Bullshitters like Lorne from FastForward

More stilly tweets from free speech deniers Paul Scott prompt a further defence of an unmuzzled press. I deal with Paul's bizarre conversion to totalitarianism and Cyan in a seperate podcast here. Lorne Ebony of FastForward (FFWD) asks you to accept that black is white. It isn't and his shares are a sell. I look at Gable (GAH) where a free press that warned you all is vindicated. Maybe some folks think I should not have let you know? I cover Marks & Spencer (MKS) and its problems before dealing with grossly overvalued Nyota (NYO) and its boardroom coup.

Tom Winnifrith Bonus Bearcast for Paul Scott - this is why moral journalists break news of placings - ref Cyan Scoop

Paul Scott is slating me for breaking news of the Cyan (CYAN) placing which the company has now confirmed in a grudging sort of manner. I examine why Paul is upset but explain why his argument is flawed and why he needs to direct his ire at the company not at me. Ever since there have been financial journalists our job has been to break stories of placings, bids and profits warnings. I explain why that is the moral thing to do and exactly why it was the moral thing to do to break the Cyan placing today. I've been breaking such stories as a financial journalist for 25 years. I am bloody good at it and so have no plans to stop. It is one of the few things I do which I can say, without doubt, is morally right. My snake encounter article, I mention in the podcast, is HERE

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - a Globo loser wants me to work for him for free!

Jeepers what a fantasist. He is probably related to yesterday's Scouse fantasist. Get in the real world chaps. Moving on, in today's podcast I cover: IGAS (Igas), Highland Natural Resources (HNR), Guscio (GUSC), Armadale Capital (ACP), Chamberlin (CMH), Cyan (CYAN), Management Resources (MRS), Imaginatik (IMTK) and Mr Robert Simon Terry, the serial fraudster.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 8 June - Armadale and More

Before heading to the White Bear with my father, a brief podcast. Armadale I question its maths but its shares could well be cheap even after soaring 155% today. Then onto Atlantic Coal (dog), Sound Oil, Sefton, Jiasen & Cyan.

Oh and read this brilliant piece on Asian Citrus HERE

Cyan – Placing: What a POS

The dismal nine year tale of woe that has been AIM Cesspit posterboy Cyan Holdings (CYAN) continued today with news of a £1.1 million placing at just 0.15p. The Bulletin Board Morons who abused me, as I have warned of this disaster in waiting for more than six months, lose again.

0.15p – wow. What a horror. Even Cyan says in its statement that it regrets having to issue stock at such a low price. Frankly I am amazed that anyone wanted to pony up even at that price.

AIM Cesspit Posterboy Cyan, Indian Order Delayed (again), cash draining away fast

Oh dear. Oh dear. More grim operational news from AIM Cesspit posterboy Cyan (CYAN) today and all the time its cash is draining away. Which has more chance of surviving past Christmas? The stockmarket cash gobbling turkey Cyan or one of the gobblers on one of Bernard Matthews’ farms? On balance it is Cyan but will it make it to Easter? That is a rather different matter.

Monday - Too ill even to bash Cyan

I truly felt rotten on Monday. I felt so ill that I did not even have the energy to stick the knife into AIM Cesspit listed Cyan after it served up yet another truly dismal set of results. In fact I felt so ropey that I did not even have the energy to write about how I did not have the mojo to stick it to Cyan. But the Mrs has nursed me back to some sort of health and so the bashing of Cyan has merely been postponed. And not for long.

Cyan – Blatant ramp via over-hyped RNS so when is the rescue placing?

AIM Cesspit posterboy Cyan (CYAN) is – after 8 years of non-delivery – set to run out of cash by Christmas. Hence today it issued an utterly over-hyped press release (go ahead sue me for libel, see where it got Sefton) in an attempt to ramp the shares ahead of it, yet again, asking investors to pony up for a rescue share issue.

Exclusive: Evil Knievil goes short of Cyan

I can reveal exclusively that infamous bear raider Evil Knievil has opened up a short in AIM Cesspit listed Cyan Holdings (CYAN) at 0.35p. Knievil’s old adage is “the best time to kick a man is when he is down” and Cyan is certainly down, if not yet out, following its (lack of) profits warning earlier this week.
