Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: 2 thoughts about my dad, 2 bankruptcies predicted for 2024 and a Kefi thought

I start with a couple of thoughts about my Dad prompted by events today and on Sunday. Then it is onto Tingo (FRAUD) and questions for the FCA and Deloitte, Canadian Overseas (COPL), Kefi Gold & Copper (KEFI), musicMagpie (MMAG) and Superdry (SDRY)

Three Graphics that show why Tingo is a fraud and its bosses, led by Chris Cleverly should be in jail

After olive harvesting is finished for the day here in Greece, I will, again, be writing to Jen Knickerbocker of Deloitte about the Tingo fraud (TIO) asking why, in the light of the three images below, the Israeli firm that audits Chris Cleverly’s latest con and which is part of the Deloitte global network has failed to show any professional scepticism at all.

And this is where the New York judge said Tingo was commiting fraud

So Hindenburg has shown Chris Cleverly’s Tingo (US:TIO) is a fraud as I first explained at Sharestock last September. Nigerian debt rating agencies say its a fraud. Now here is a New York Judge saying its a Norfolk. At what point do the SEC, Deloitte or White & Case blow this up. A more obvious zero you will not find.

The multi billion fraud Tingo credit rating suspended: how long will Deloitte lend its credibility to these shysters?

When even your Nigerian credit rating agency smells a rat you know you are deep in the merde. But the Lyin’ Chris Cleverly fraud Tingo (US:TIO) has just suffered such an indignity.

Tingo: Jen Knickerbocker at Deloitte emailed as first class action against the $7 billion Tingo fraud filed

Shares in Tingo (US:TIO) were trading at more than five dollars a couple of weeks ago but closed yesterday at just $0.96 after another day of panicked selling. Long gone are the days when this fraud had a $7 billion market cap. Yesterday I dropped an email to Jen Knickerbocker. I am not making that name up.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast: will the bird from Deloitte ignore my email?

I refer to THIS email regarding the Tingo (US:TIO) fraud. I explain why I do not think that Anna Marks can afford to ignore it and not take action. Thanks to all who have donated to Rogue Bloggers for Woodlarks over the weekend. All in, we are now at nearly £16,000 in total. I explain why this is such a great cause, please keep donating HERE and thank you to all 190 of you who have donated.

An open letter to Anna Marks, global chair of Deloitte about the $7 billion fraud Tingo and those enabling it

Anna Marks, the Global Chair of Deloitte lives in Oxford, the City of Lost Causes. I have written to her about one such lost cause, the seven billion dollar Nasdaq fraud Tingo and specifically about those who are enabling it. Yes… you have guessed.

Tingo is such an obvious Norfolk, it is just a zero, its free money as a bear, its when, not if, Deloitte pulls the plug

Why bother shorting companies which are just stock market promotes or have severe balance sheet issues. They might struggle on for a while. Instead you can short Nasdaq listed Tingo (US:TIO) which is now a demonstrable fraud its still, on a fully diluted basis, worth almost a billion bucks – at $1.34 – and which is a nailed down zero.

Financial Reporting Council launches probe into Crowe UK over Akazoo fraud – but what about Deloitte & InternetQ?

My good pals at the FRC have today announced that it will be launching a full enquiry into the clean sign off given by audit firm Crowe UK into the accounts of the fraud Akazoo for the calendar years 2016, 2017 and 2018. You will remember that Gabriel Grego exposed this UK registered but Greek based and US listed company as a complete fraud in April 2020 and the SEC is now running a full probe. But … the FRC needs to go further.

£15.75m of fines - Abetting alleged crime DOES pay, the FRC Deloitte & the crooked accounts of Autonomy

The Financial reporting Council has today released the report below, running to almost 300 pages into the crooked accounts of Autonomy and the behaviour of Deloitte and the two audit partners Mr Richard Knights and Mr Nigel Mercer. The key takeaway here is that abetting white collar crime DOES pay.

Roger Lawson on Deloitte’s Autonomy failings – the old boy is starting to get it

Yesterday I noted how shitty little Aquis Listed Block Commodities had been fined £10,000 for lying to investors. In a way I celebrated as this was down to my work. But in a way not: I was cross.

Weeping Woke web warrior Claira Janover blames Trump supporters for job loss after threatening to stab people

She is a lucky young lady that Claira. A Harvard graduate, a great job waiting for her with accountants Deloitte, and then she goes and posts a video on the internet saying repeatedly that she will stab any white person who says that white lives matter. Their “sheer caucasity” enrages her as you can see below. Maybe at Harvard, these days “caucasity” is a real word. How times change.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - Feelings of disgust and anger at the rigged & corrupt stockmarket

In today’s bearcast I look at FinnCrap (FCAP and two of its rotten clients: Telit (TCM) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), at vile greed at Attis Oil & Gas (AOGL) , formerly Mayan/Northcote and at the latest FRC sanctions for shoddy audit work by Delotte and audit partner Helen George. I look at Weald Basin news from IGAS (IGAS) and what it means for Uk Oil 7 Gas (UKOG) et al and at daft Sound Energy (SOU) rumours.

IDOX – The resignation of Auditor Grant Thornton – what did the board do to piss off the bean counters?

In a terse statement today, IDOX (IDOX) has fessed up to the reason why auditors Grant Thornton quit the gig. Deloitte has now taken on this poisoned chalice, heck anything for a fee boys but they should be warned.  Grant Thornton says it handed in its notices because of “challenges during the conduct of the statutory audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 October 2017 strained the working relationship with the Board.”

FRC looks into Mitie and auditors Deloitte - will Tory Baroness Ruby McGregor Smith lose her Peerage? An acid test for the politically correct...

The Financial Reporting Council has announced that it has opened a formal investigation into the accounts of outsourcing group Mitie Group (MTO) for the years to March 31st 2015 and 2016. Mitie is in the spotlight and auditors Deloitte will also be investigated. So what has Baroness Ruby got to say about this?
